Adams Homes of NW Florida, of Gulf Breeze, sold the home at 3 Big Bear Lane to a recipient of Hackensack, New Jersey, for $212,091. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,169 square feet of living area.

Mark Evalenko, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 44 Bracken Lane to Ira Drescher, of Carmel, New York, for $103,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,535 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2001 for $88,000.

Appraising St. Johns County, LLC, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 18 Braddock Lane to Janet Mossford, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,213 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2005 for $130,000.

Kenneth Reece Junior, of Cincinnati, Ohio, sold the home at 7 Blakemore Drive to Michael and Diana Miller, of Palm Coast, for $142,900. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,288 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 1995 for $64,000.
