Arianto Wibowo and Irene Widiatmo, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold the home at 19 Braddock Lane to Fernando and Idalina Santos, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,600 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2005 for $202,800.

Cheryl Waugh sold the home at 12 Biscay Lane to Leslie Velga-Lee and Naldis Lee, of Palm Coast, for $181,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,866 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2005 for $256,000.
