Happy 101st birthday to Preston E. Poole

An architect from Maryland, now enjoys a long life in Palm Coast.

Preston E. Poole, of Palm Coast, celebrated his 101st birthday on Jan. 5 with family and friends at The Windsor.

He was an architect and ran his own company, The March Construction Co., in Maryland. He enjoyed photography, golf, genealogy and playing bridge. He keeps busy with activities at The Windsor.

Poole was born in 1915 in Baltimore, Md. After being a snowbird for 25 years, he made the permanent move to Florida in 2009.
