According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for June 27 to July 1.

Permits

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for June 23-29. Total number of permits issued: 208. Since January 2009, $934,991,022 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast

Commercial Permit Applications

Ajax Building applied for a $277,000 permit for a stage for Palm Coast Arts Foundation at 1500 Central Ave.

EXO Sunrooms applied for a $18,000 permit for a roof for outside seating at a restaurant at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, unit B123.

Commercial Permits Issued

PCEO Inc was issued a permit for a process tanks for $1.8 million at 400 Peavy Grade.

PCEO Inc was issued a permit for chlorine tanks for $195,000 at 400 Peavy Grade.

PCEO Inc was issued a permit for a sludge holding tank for $256,000 at 400 Peavy Grade.

PCEO Inc was issued a permit for a generator building for $256,000 at 400 Peavy Grade.

Seagate Homes was issued permit for an amenity building for $113,000 at 115 Park Place Circle.

Residential Permits

Palm Coast Homes Construction was issued a $489,000 permit for a single-family residence at 51 Waterfront Park Road.

Seagate Homes was issued a $309,000 permit for a single-family residence at 109 Laguna Forest Trail.

D.R. Horton was issued a $291,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Country Club Harbor Circle.

Saltwater Homes was issued a $273,000 permit for a single-family residence at 325 Hibiscus Way.

Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 111 Laguna Forest Trail.

D.R. Horton was issued a $258,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Country Club Harbor Circle.

Adams Homes was issued a $253,000 permit for a single-family residence at 16 Lyndenhurst Lane.

Dream Finders Homes was issued a $241,000 permit for a single-family residence at 106 Spoonhill Drive.

D.R. Horton was issued a $239,000 permit for a single-family residence at 123 N. Coopers Hawk Way.

Occupancy Permits

Dawn Boahanan was issued an occupancy permit for Halifax Health Services for Doctors Choice Home Health at 4881 Palm Coast Parkway NW.

Certificate of Occupancy

Heritage Construction was issued a certificate of occupancy for $1,200 for alterations at Cork and Pint at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, unit B121.

Development Order

A development order was issued for a 65,497-square-foot for Starling Assisted Living Facility. SSL Palm Coast LLC submitted a Tier-2, technical site plan application. The intenet of the building is to have 74 units and 86 beds for assisted living. The building will be located on the south side of Cypress Point Parkway about 500 feet east of Pine Cone Drive.
