A house on a golf course in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Feb. 7 thru Feb. 13 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ronald Zacher, individually and as trustee, sold 1508 Kilrush Drive to John and Donna Harvey, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,685 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $333,000.
Blanca Montijo-Pfeffer, of Ormond Beach, sold 416 Black Oak Lane to Nicholas and Cydney Reagan, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,466 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $259,000.
William and Chelsea Anderson, of Jacksonville, sold 124 Ann Rustin Drive to Alphonse and Lorri Sidoti, of Ormond Beach, for $269,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $230,000.
815 Ocean Shore Blvd. 10B LLC, of Miami, sold 815 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 10B, to Lee Yorke, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1969, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2010 for 216,000.
Alaa Obeid, of Daytona Beach, sold 215 Hamlet Trace to Ronald and Jacqueline Green, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,023 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,200.
Les and Melani Speer, individually and as trustees, sold 54 S. Center St. to Corey and Tiffany Sawchuk, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,134 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $122,000.
Wright and Monica Smith, of Daytona Beach, sold 111 Roble Lane to Seth Green, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $99,500.
Guillermo and Lourdes Torres sold 1870 Carolina Ave. to Brian and Renae Blondin, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,656 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $57,500.
Ashly and Henry Dunkerson, of Ormond Beach, sold 274 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Christina Cowan, of Ormond Beach, for $107,500. Built in 1957, the house has one bedroom, 1.5 baths and 1,052 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $90,000.
Pamela DelVecchio, of Cartersville, Georgia; Jo Ellen Crawford, of Spa, New York; and Tomi Bianco, of Ballston Lake, New York, sold 16 Curved Creek Way to James Melady and Chelsea Crabtree, of Kailua, Hawaii, for $240,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,027 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $138,245.
Joseph and Florence Koukol, of Lemont, Illinois, sold 3749 Mayo Circle to Robert and Kathleen Turgeon, of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, for $240,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,142 square feet. No other sales were listed.

William Muesing and Alexandra Krot, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, sold 1183 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1004, to Dwight and Susan Lanford, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1995, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,198 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $174,900.
MTGLQ Investors LP, a Delaware partnership, sold 219 Essex Drive to Yoshimi Kadowaki, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,295 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $264,000.
Louise Celebucki and Frank Cirisano, as trustees, sold 61 Seaview Drive to Robert Irving and Elizabeth Postiglione, of Holiday, for $114,977. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 825 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.
