Scott and Todd Vanacore, owners of Vanacore Homes, have announced the company has broken ground on a new luxury golf villa development, their second project within the Halifax Plantation community.
The Waterford model home, 3201 Bailey Ann Drive, is the first construction in the new Scottsmoor development and is expected to be completed in May.
Scottsmoor includes a park that with a putting green and two pickle-ball courts. As residents of Halifax Plantation, residents may become members of the golf club and take advantage of all amenities.
In its first phase, Scottsmoor will feature 84 home sites, closing out at 160.

The dental practice of Dr. Raymond A. Kenzik is celebrating its 30th year of service to Volusia and Flagler counties.
Kenzik attended dental school at Emory University in Atlanta followed by three years of specialty training in periodontics at Boston University. Kenzik was the first periodontist in Ormond Beach, according to a press release. In 1986 he completed construction of his seven-operatory dental office at 220 S. Nova Road where he continues to practice.

NAI Realvest recently negotiated the $190,000 sale price for a three-acre parcel of land on North Williamson Boulevard one mile north of International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach.
Chris Butera, of Ormond Beach, investment associate at NAI Realvest covering Volusia and Flagler counties, negotiated the transaction representing the local seller, Indigo Group Inc.
The buyer, Tenir LLC, of Ormond Beach, was represented by Steve Unatin of Nova Property Management, Ormond Beach.
