Paulon Construction has started construction for Aspen Dental at 4873 Belle Terre Parkway in the Kohls Shopping Center. The dental office will be 3,800 square-feet.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for May 12-18. Total number of permits issued: 228. Since January 2009, $905,315,772 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Williams and Rowe Companies was issued a $150,000 permit for alterations to Circle K at 1500 Palm Coast Parkway NW.

CW Hayes Construction was issued a $51,000 permit for site lights and parking lot overlay at Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins at 1310 Palm Coast Parkway.

D.R. Horton was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 48 Country Club Harbor Circle.
Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 80 Pin Oak Drive.
