A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate sales transaction for Oct. 2 to Oct. 8 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Cynthia Politis sold 6 Echo Woods Way to Scott and Marcie Schargen, of Ormond Beach, for $555,000. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, three-car garage and 3,971 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $475,000.
Ormond Beach
Jane McManus sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 607, to Samuel and Sherry Moody, of Ringgold, Georgia, for $275,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $238,500.
James Feudale, Jr., of New Smyrna Beach, sold 27 Old Macon Drive to James and Mary Reid, of Lockport, New York, for $183,600. Built in 1999, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,611 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.

Patricia and Carl Frederick, individually and as trustees, sold 26 Carriage Bluff Way to Lynn Krizik, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $224,000.
Kyle and Christi Chambers, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Creek Bluff Way to Marilyn Crawford, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,955 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $214,000.
Lucas Costello, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Carriage Creek Way to Elizabeth Twiss, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $174,000.

James and Lori Hagen, of Ormond Beach, sold 149 Pine Cone Trail to April Addison, of Ormond Beach, for $134,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $150,000.
