An oceanfront house sold for more than $1 million

The top seller for the week of Oct. 26 to Nov. 1 was a beach house in Flagler Beach. James Cullis, of Palm Coast, sold 3399 Ocean Shore Blvd. N. to Stoney Ridge Properties LLC, of Troutman, North Carolina, for $1,210,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, dune walk and 2,915 square feet.

Condos

Vernon and Nancy Kelly, of St. Augustine, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 602, to Susan Barnes, of Palm Coast, for $770,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $760,000.

Kimberly Vanderveen, individually and as trustee, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 916, to Miroslav Tchipanov, of Lakeland, for $390,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $569,000.

Dominic Maccherone, of Palm Coast, sold 301 Central Ave. S., Unit 11, to Lawrence Maccherone, of Palm Coast, for $115,750. Built in 2007, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 438 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $110,000.

Grand Haven

Michael and Mary Zwernemann, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Marshview Lane to Michael and Kathleen Vanberg, of Palm Coast, for $357,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,044 square feet. .

Barbara Lucas, of Ormond Beach, sold 121 S. Hummingbird Place to John and Kathleen Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $234,900. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,897 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $189,000.

Robert and Joan Scott, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Bayside Drive to Elfriede Perkins, of Palm Coast, for $212,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,988 square feet.

Elena Ostrova, individually and as trustee, sold 87 Beckner Lane to Milagros Roig for $174,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,788 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $195,400.

Susan Stedman, of Peace Dale, Rhode Island, sold 72 Bainbridge Lane to Victor and Jessica Molina, of Palm Coast, for $172,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,755 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $125,000.

Leon Smith, individually and as trustee, sold 49 San Carlos Drive to Robert and Elizabeth Logan, of Mount Dora, for $240,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,679 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $185,000

Lehigh Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 74 Ryberry Drive to Efrain and Minerva Quinones, of Palm Coast, for $210,400. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,755 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Edward and Lind Pakulniewicz, of Palm Coast, sold 139 Laramie Drive to Gary Sinde and Michelle Scroggins, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,243 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $270,000.

Everlast Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 73 Lee Drive to Daniel Veliz, of Palm Coast, for $278,750. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,482 square feet.

Marshall Crow, individually and as trustee, sold 1800 Lake Disston Drive to Joseph Covert, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 2012, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a boat dock and 1,600 square feet.

Lissette Baylis, of Central Islip, New York, sold 10 Bill Place to Thomas and Robin O’Rourke, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,667 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $83,000.

Alan Rodgers sold 7 Chestnut Court to Paul Werner, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, boat house and 2,066 square feet.

Pine Grove

Vanda and Vitally Savchenkov, of San Francisco, sold 11 Pinell Lane to Lall and Tara Boodoo, of Richmond Hill, New York, for $161,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,857 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $202,900.

Plantation Bay

Janette Brannigan, of Ormond Beach, sold 967 Stone Lake Drive to Clement and Carolyn Darrow, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,625 square feet. It sold 2006 for $533,000.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 638 South Lake Drive to Marc Archambault and Amy McGough, of Ormond Beach, for $420,914. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,740 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 629 Southlake Drive to Jane Edwards, of Palm Coast, for $411,445. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet.

Barry Altman, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Bay Pointe Drive to Ted Germann, of Ormond Beach, for $321,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,427 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $312,500.

Quail Hollow

Apex Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 54 Zebulahs Trail to Patrick and Theresa Propst, of Palm Coast, for $238,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,073 square feet.

Sea Colony

Richard Dzija, as representative, sold 12 Nantucket Lane to Stephen Dzuro, as trustee, for $205,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $128,000.

Seminole Woods

Chad Stouffer, of San Jose, California, sold 3 Serenade Place to Caleb and Nataly Sylvia, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $187,000.

The Reserve

5 Hummingbird Circle LLC sold 9 Humming Bird Circle to Anthony Macchia, of Bunnell, for $500,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,370 square feet.
