A house in Waters Edge was the top real estate transaction for Nov. 12-18 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Intervest at Water's Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 6835 Forkmead Lane to Hillery James-Chung and Christopher Chung, of Port Orange, for $397,959. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,870 square feet.

Brandy Hills

Bobby Watson and Ashley Watson-Doster, of Hollywood, sold 185 Gibson Way to Matt Gamache, of Port Orange, for $155,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $156,000.

 

Country Walk

Richard and Marie Brown, of Minneola, sold 3477 Country Walk Drive to Cynthia Huysman, of Port Orange, for $197,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,429 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $89,500.

 

Cross Creek

Peter Deluca, of Port Orange, sold 4623 Secret River Trail to James Gregg, of Port Orange, for $198,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $187,500.

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 966 E. Bramble Bush Circle to Eileen Kepper, of Port Orange, for $158,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $159,200.

Gorilla Capital FL UU2 LLC sold 1553 Rusty Circle to Ian Graham, of Port Orange, for $212,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,458 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $175,000.

Linda Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 751 Indian Hill Drive to Carol Marciano, of Daytona Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1978, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,152 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $6,000.

 

Henry and Dolores DaneIli sold 722 Larado Drive to Peter Deluca of Port Orange, for $76,000. Built in 1979, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $8,000.

Robert and Virginia Kuehn, of Daytona Beach, sold 5326 Georgia Peach Ave. to Luke and Sarah Downer, of Port Orange, for $234,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $135,000.

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 5334 Georgia Peach Ave. to Robert Faris and Whitney Green, of Port Orange, for $195,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,951 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $262,400.

Dawn Garner, of Port Orange, sold 3538 Russett Lane to Kenneth Dunham, of Port Orange, for $167,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,279 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $132,500.

U.S. ROV IV Legal Title Trust 2015-1 sold 6231 Poplar Grove Drive to Hideo Kondo and Robert Jones, of Lantana, for $169,900. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $159,000.

 

Tomoka Farms

Margaret Chapple sold 2131 Halifax Drive to Keith Gallo, of Port Orange, for $276,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,369 square feet.

Dolores Clark, individually and as trustee, sold 3544 Creekside Road, Unit D, to Michael Minnie, of Port Orange, for $121,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,282 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $84,900.

 

Twin Gates

Andrew and Rhonda Cannon sold 118 Wood Gate Drive to John Douglas, of Port Orange, for $95,000. Built in 1994, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet.

 

Villages of Royal Palm

Carl Eisenmann, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1405 Areca Palm Drive to Victor and Roxanne Callahan, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,061 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $335,200.

 

Waters Edge

Intervest at Water's Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 6821 Forkmead Lane to Benedict and Regina-Alexis Ramblas, of Port Orange, for $385,850. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,995 square feet.

Hamid Sobhani, of Port Orange, sold 1488 Casey Lane to Morris and Tamara Collins, of New Smyrna Beach, for $157,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $71,000.

 

Shirley Carpenter and Teresa Mack sold 1242 Tracy Drive to John and Ellen Singleton, of Port Orange, for $149,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $57,800.

 

Wood Lake

Shannon Finley, of Port Orange, sold 4569 Woodcove Drive to Randy and Jan Clark, of Port Orange, for $219,900. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,580 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $210,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

James and Veronica Mintell sold 2801 S. Ridgewood Ave., Unit 503, to Edward and Tamara Warren, of South Daytona, for $215,000. Built in 2008, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,436 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $158,000.

 

Chad Beason, of Pensacola, sold 111 Old Sunbeam Drive to Thuan Luong and Hanh Hoang, of South Daytona, for $201,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,980 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $116,000.
