A house in Oak Forest on the bank of the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for Nov. 12-18 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Dany Obeid, of Ormond Beach, sold 1415 Oak Forest Drive to Abed and Laura Karaze, of Ormond Beach, for $713,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 3,295 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $499,000.

Ormond Beach

Yolanda Bystrowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 125 John Anderson Drive to Larry and Sheila Zinkerman, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,904 square feet. It sold in 1971 for $34,600.

Raphel and Ranae Robinson, of Belleview, sold 29 Queen Anne Court to Rachelle Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $294,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $258,000.

Stanley and Dorothy French, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Staghound Look to Errol Doerr, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,206 square feet.

Dale Franks and Oleta Powell, of Ormond Beach, sold 209 Royal Dunes Blvd. to James and Stephanie Friedman, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,928 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $210,500.

John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Stallion Way to David Eggers, as trustee, for $242,200. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,741 square feet. It sold in May for $227,500.

Patricia Wolf, of Wilmington, North Carolina, sold 373 Tulip Tree Lane to Sharon and James Storms, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,871 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $100,000.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1469 Springleaf Drive to Terrance and Sandra Menotti, of Ormond Beach, for $214,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,655 square feet.

Tameka Mikesell, of Longwood, sold 11 Woodridge Drive to Reno and Leslie Bottarelli, of Ormond Beach, for $210,500. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,616 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $220,000.

David Strickland, individually and as trustee, sold 721 W. River Oak Drive to Charles and Sharon Zellman, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,810 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $85,000.

Avinash Persaud, of Winter Garden, sold 595 S. Center St. to Taylor Beebe, of Newport News, Virginia, for $183,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $31,300.

Coastal Shore Properties LLC sold 460 Fred Gamble Way to Russell and Misty Palmer, of Ormond Beach, for $127,000. Built in 1942, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 888 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $69,000.

Breakaway Trails

Michael and Joanna Harvey sold 19 Circle Creek Way to Nancy and Joel Huffman, of Ormond Beach, for $311,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,174 square feet. It sold in April for $296,500.

Hunter’s Ridge

KB Home Jacksonville LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 74 Pergola Place to Ryan and Adam Cozier, of Ormond Beach, for $221,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Oak Forest

John and Barbara Blair, of Jacksonville, sold 1209 Oak Forest Drive to Kimble and Kathryn Babcock, of Ormond Beach, for $592,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,288 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $122,500.

Ormond Lakes

Susan Gordon, individually and as trustee, sold 102 Lakebluff Drive to G. Allen and Rachel Yates, of Ormond Beach, for $253,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $222,000.

Plantation Bay

Mahmoud and Niki Mihanyar, of Los Angeles, sold 1205 Harwick Lane to Peter and Donna Turgeon, of Ormond Beach, for $267,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $215,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 751 Aldenham Lane to Thambyratnam Thirucelvam, of Ormond Beach, for $240,925. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.

Lynda Davis, of Baldwin, New York, sold 1245 Kilkenny Court to Yolanda Bystrowski, of Ormond Beach, for $213,500. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $196,400.

Trails North 40

Robert Mach, individually and as trustee, sold 28 Big Buck Trail to Gretchen Groncznack, of Ormond Beach, for $193,500. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $133,000.

Tomoka Meadows

David Wengert, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Clara Montesdeoca, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $107,500.

Tomoka Oaks

Kevin and Gregory Rogalla, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 S. St. Andrews Drive to Sergio Faenza and Joann Marchese, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,851 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $184,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Massimilliano Pomaro and Bonnie Williamson, of Ormond Beach, sold 55 Capistrano Drive to Lisa Eastman, of Ormond Beach, for $413,500. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,368 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $354,000.
