Diana Parker sold 980 Canal View Blvd., Unit B1, to Magdy and Denise Boulos, of Sayreville, New Jersey, for $80,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,024 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $34,500.

Ronald and Iris Pugh sold 6184 Secret Lake Drive to Lisa Bishop, of Port Orange, for $319,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,794 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $371,000.
