Susan Newkirk, of Holly Hill, sold 6623 Merryvale Lane to Mildred and William Riggio, of Port Orange, for $375,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,066 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $249,900.

Condominiums

Glen Davis, of Union City, New Jersey, sold 1895 Primrose Path, Unit 79, to Leo and Kitsa Galien, as trustees, for $155,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,379 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $132,500.

Allandale

Dean Emmons, of Abbot, Maine, sold 5412 Landes Ave. to Forte Florida Rentals LLC, of Edgewater, for $43,000. Built in 1970, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 684 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $30,000.

Bennetts Hammock

Lisa Gallagher sold 1142 Meditation Loop to Tara Frost, of Port Orange, for $159,500. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,085 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $69,900.

Brandy Hills

William and Kelly Hoff, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1050 Tompkins Drive to Sean and Stefanie Irish, of Niagara Falls, Ontario, for $170,500. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 918 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $105,000.

John and Mary Anne Markusic, of Port Orange, sold 942 Crystal Lake Drive to Donna Siegel, of Port Orange, for $197,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,509 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $105,000.

James Frierson sold 1136 Whitehall Court to Stephanie and Nicholas Griffen, of Port Orange, for $160,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $77,000.

Villages of Royal Palm

Horace and Patricia Weaver, and Jane Connors, of Port Orange, sold 1328 Coconut Palm Circle to Juan Teran, of Port Orange, for $330,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,656 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $325,500.

Thomas Pellarin sold 1312 Coconut Palm Circle to Francisco Valles, Maria Fernandez, Francisco Regidor and Victor Regidor, of Seville, Spain, for $277,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, six baths and 1,977 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $293,500.

Waters Edge

Intervest at Waters Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 1916 Mendocino Lane to Annie Lau and Gary Sai-Chong Ng, of Port Orange, for $367,948. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,092 square feet.
