The top seller for July  27 to Sept. 20 was a condo in Hammock Dunes. Stephen McCune, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 603, to Marion and Carol Miller, of Round Rock, Texas, for $1,075,000. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $916,500.

 

Hammock Beach

The top seller for the week of Sept. 14-20 is a house in Hammock Beach. Clarence and Robin Lane, individually and as trustees, sold 68 Ocean Oaks Lane to Reinaldo and Wanda Ruiz, of Palm Coast, for $840,000. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 4,064 square feet.

 

Jamie Regan, of Carmel, Indiana, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1242, to Debra Sokalski, of Palm Coast, for $258,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $405,900.

 

Christianson Investments Inc., of Ontario, Canada, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1315, to Thomas Van Gunten, of Mount Dora, for $230,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $510,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

Peter and Susan Reinert, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 140 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1702, to James Green and Gudron Brown, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet.

 

Jim and Pat Cable, of DeLand, sold 6 Monterrey Drive to Frank Secades Jr. and Mary Schmidt, of Palm Coast, for $429,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,682 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $322,000.

 

John and Barbara Taylor, individually and as trustee, sold 12 Via Capri to George Davis, as trustee, for $385,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $285,000.

 

Ocean Hammock

Jan and Randi Roernes, of Glen Cove, New York, sold 16 Oak View Circle E. to Marc and Elizabeth Fried, of Solon, Ohio, for $550,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,943 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $410,000.

 

William Barnard, of Alachua, and Teresa Reid, of Gainesville, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 421, to Jodi and Michael Wilson, of Oxford, Georgia, for $450,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $395,000.

 

Merrick Properties LLC, of Miami, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 232, to Joseph and Susan Lafrentz, of Palm Coast, for $322,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $572,200.

 

Arthur and Benita Sirkin, of Keller, Texas, sold 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 141, to Fernando and Ivone Carneiro, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $508,300.

 

Richard and Suzanne Giles, of Concord Massachusetts, sold 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1142, to Redemption Enterprises LLC, of Miles City, Montana, for $270,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $439,900.

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1032, to Maria and Alfredo Julian, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $563,400.
