Ann Hendrix, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Coconut Row to Nicholas and Jessica Metakes, of Port Orange, for $590,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,497 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $244,500.

Allandale

Mary Lou Desimone, as trustee, sold 5304 Landis Ave. to Thomas Richardson, of Port Orange, for $83,000. Built in 1989, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $44,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 206 Vendig Ave. to Richard Smith Jr., of Daytona Beach, for $40,000. Built in 1978, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $98,000.

Amber Village

Yvonne Meuse sold 657 Herbert St. to Dalila Szostak and Michael Kleinerman, of New York, New York, for $117,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $74,000.

Browns

CC Brown's Landing LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 2463 Hyatt Creek Lane to Alfonza McCollum and William Simpson, of Port Orange, for $580,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,559 square feet.

Foxboro

Ann Tucker, of Port Orange, sold 975 Wendam Court to Glenn and Susan Rice, of Port Orange, for $209,500. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,658 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $98,500.

Glenwood Village

Homestream RSF1 LLC sold 4685 Hidden Lakes Drive to Rebecca and Kathleen Koontz, of Port Orange, for $117,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $113,500.

Iris Ferguson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1457 Craig Court to Jodi Manning, of Port Orange, for $169,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $68,000.

Laurelwood

Charlotte Perkins sold 744 Larado Drive to Judith Flebotte and Robyn Hurley, of Port Orange, for $92,000. Built in 1987, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $67,000.

Gerald and Joan Eidson sold 6062 Spruce Point Circle to Dale Woodward Jr., of Holly Hill, for $350,500. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,500 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $290,000.

James McLean, as personal representative, sold 3548 Forest Branch Drive, Unit F, to Cynthia Ticey, of Anaheim, California, for $130,100. Built in 1988, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $170,000.

Villages of Royal Palm

Linda Theodorakis, of Winter Park, sold 5403 Swordfern Court to Navjot Gill and Matthew Bellinger, of Port Orange, for $335,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,325 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $370,713.

SOUTH DAYTONA

James and Virginia Quinn, of Ormond Beach, sold 719 Katherine St. to Paul and Becky Cates, of Daytona Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,935 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $28,000.

August and Denise Osterberg sold 2250 S. Palmetto Ave., Unit H23, to Yuliya Gavrilina, of South Daytona, for $99,900. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, one bath, two half-baths and 1,386 square feet. It sold in April for $90,000.

Cordella Nugent sold 2612 Anastasia Drive to William Whalen II, of Port Orange, for $85,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $91,800.
