Daniel Barnes sold 5735 Riverside Drive to Fred Winters and Angela Ohman, of Oklahoma City, for $419,900. Built in 1951, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 1,520 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $272,000.

Aaron and Liang-Jinn Powell, of Castro Valley, California, sold 4030 Waterbridge Circle to Amber Fryman, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,885 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $246,000.

Cypress Cove

Jennifer Morris sold 861 Chickadee Drive to Loida Morales and Angel Cruz, of Port Orange, for $197,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,354 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $162,000.

Cypress Head

Andrew Saunders sold 6372 Fairway Cove Drive to Sutinder and Deepraj Kohil, of Daytona Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,269 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $205,000.

Deep Forest

Arvind Mahendru, as trustee, sold 953 Sandle Wood Drive to American Chemical and Building Maintenance Supply Inc., of St. Petersburg, for $135,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $135,000.

Forest Lake Preserve

Mark Hensley, of Ashland, Kentucky, sold 5432 Ward Lake Drive to Lynn Brown, of Port Orange, for $249,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $141,718.

Halifax Mobile Homes

Michael and Tasha Mrotek sold 1256 Windsor Drive to Steven Davila and Natasha Walker, of Port Orange, for $92,500. Built in 2005, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $55,000.

Thomas and Deborah Halloran, and Joyce Halloran sold 612 Devon St. to Roderick McFarlane, of Port Orange, for $185,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,410 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $56,500.
