Kevin Lemire and Donna Whittum sold 1924 Cove Point Road to Gerard and Thomas Laffan, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, for $237,500. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $229,800.

Hamlet

Barry and Elaine Thompson, of Port Orange, sold 836 Whiporwill Drive to Charles and Linda Shaffer, of Port Orange, for $245,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,659 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $50,000.

Heather Chavez and Manuel Rosas-Chaves, of Port Orange, sold 857 Whiporwill Drive to Sean Winton, of Port Orange, for $235,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,688 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $165,000.

Elizabeth Krzyzkowski and Fred Karns sold 5454 Landis Ave. to Erica Ward, of Port Orange, for $195,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $77,500.

Ronald Choler sold 2411 Meadow Lane to Leonardo Rosquete Jr., of Port Orange, for $229,500. Built in 2005, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Richard and Jennifer Campos, of Holly Hill, sold 146 Coral Circle to Jack Fyock Jr., of Glenelg, Maryland, for $325,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 1,993 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $332,000.
