A Spruce Creek Fly-In residence was the top seller for June 17-23 in Port Orange and South Daytona. MTMN Properties LLC, of Port Orange, sold 2649 Slow Flight Drive to William and Jacqueline Gogel, of Port Orange, for $1,275,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, airplane hangar and 3,511 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $1,532,000.

 

Bayview Homesites

New Life Property Associates LLC, of Port Orange, sold 1104 Bayview Lane to Cindy Veen, of Port Orange, for $104,000. Built in 2004, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,508 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $125,177.

 

Baywood

Peter Richter sold 5449 W. Hibiscus Ave. to Austin Hardy, of Port Orange, for $177,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,258 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $76,400.

 

Bonks Landing

Audrey and Joshua Knight, of Edgewater, sold 6400 Spruce Creek Road to Danielle and Richard Cheney, of Port Orange, for $233,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, and 1,589 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $180,000.

 

Commonwealth Mobile Estates

William Patton, of Port Orange, sold 710 Barlow Circle to Nancy Skelly, as trustee, for $95,000. Built in 1976, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two bath and 1,128 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $70,000.

 

Coquina Cove

Russell and Jessica Bariesheff, of Port Orange, sold 5389 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Carl Derks and Natasha Romero, of Port Orange, for $234,000. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,898 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $180,000.

 

Country Walk

Sandman Holdings LLC, of Lake Lotawana, Missouri, sold 3479 Country Walk Drive to Margaret Fetterman, of North Royalton, Ohio, for $185,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,475 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $78,000.

 

Cypress Cove

Richard Isele, of Black Mountain, sold 840 Chickadee Drive to Regional Properties Inc., of Miami, for $240,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,029 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $234,000.

 

Cypress Head

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 6428 Renaissance Drive to Ann and Michael Guntlow, of Port Orange, for $350,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,178 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $355,000.

 

Amy Locklear, of Port Orange, sold 1194 Siesta Key Circle to Christina Deliman and Fortune Salerni, of Glen Head, New York, for $300,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,597 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $240,000.

 

Harbor Oaks

William Mowery sold 88 E. Bayshore Drive to Kristen Cassel and Jason Gill, of Port Orange, for $173,500. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,161 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $32,500.

 

Hickory Park

Diane Agagina, as trustee, sold 479 Newton Road to Charles and Myrtle Sergent, of Port Orange, for $217,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,811 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $105,000.

Frank Walker, of Ormond Beach, and Judy Walker, of Port Orange, sold 5955 Riverside Drive to James and Jane Cecelic, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $355,000. Built in 1949, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,026 square feet.

 

Karen Warren sold 3310 S. Peninsula Drive to The 3310 Peninsula Trust, of Port Orange, for $200,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 2,404 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $103,500.

 

Nichole Dorn, individually and as trustee, sold 980 Canal View Blvd., Unit N2, to Magdy and Denise Boulos, of Sayreville, New Jersey, for $85,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,024 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $33,000.

Lester Lukmann II, of Port Orange, sold 1927 Goldenrod Way to Bruce and April Carlson, of Bar Harbor, Maine, for $237,500. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $172,500.

Brian and Lisa Campbell, of Port Orange, sold 3560 Forest Branch Drive, Unit F, to Xiaoling Liu and Weiping Ma, of Daytona Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1987, the townhome has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $75,000.

John and Sally Doria sold 1737 Arash Circle to Lillian Stitts, of Port Orange, for $310,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,959 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $309,000.

 

Meshel Yany sold 1707 Destino Court to Omar Ochoa and Yanet Garay, of Port Orange, for $295,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,605 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $220,000.

 

Dale Shaw, of Mobile, Alabama, sold 6608 Mansour Lane to Jose and Gladys Colon, of Port Orange, for $255,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,423 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $252,700.

 

Wilbur-by-the-Sea

Lawrence and Barbara Pivec, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 4014 Cardinal Blvd. to Brian and Lisa Campbell, of Port Orange, for $252,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $63,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Gail Rogers, of South Daytona, sold 220 Sandy Circle to Shea Tennyson, of South Daytona, for $158,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $35,000.

 

Thomas Strickland, of Winterville, Georgia, sold 315 Olive St. to Karin Tausan, of South Daytona, for $105,000. Built in 1949, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 544 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $33,500.
