The top selling residence for May 20-26 in Port Orange and South Daytona is steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Beatrice Lamachy, of Port Orange, sold 3915 S. Atlantic Ave. to Albert and Cyndee Jarrell, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $1.36 million. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, an elevator, swimming pool and 4,082 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $500,000.

 

Cambridge

Clifford L. Shover Builder Inc. sold 232 N. Brighton Drive to Ryan King, of New Smyrna Beach, for $231,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,196 square feet.

 

Commonwealth

James Long III sold 726 Normandy Blvd. to Melanie Williams, of Port Orange, for $40,000. Built in 1972, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 672 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $9,000.

 

Cypress Head

Jonathan Friden, of Windermere, sold 1458 Bay Grove Drive to Diane Lapham, as trustee, for $188,000. Built in 1994, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $160,000.

 

Not in Subdivision

Johnny and Shirley Louthan sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 301, to Eileen Meninger, of Port Orange, for $133,500. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $138,000.

 

Portona

Carol Markey sold 901 Charles St. to Bonnie Kelly, of Port Orange, for $165,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,104 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $61,000.

 

Jose and Kerrie Chavez, of South Daytona, sold 923 4th St. to Michael Siegel and Huong Ngo, of Port Orange, for $154,400. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 957 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $38,800.

 

Oakland Park

Michael and Heather Schwarz, of Wilbur-by-the-Sea, sold 486 Oakland Park Blvd. to Matthew and Teresa Perkins, of Port Orange, for $287,900. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,019 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $215,000.

Mark and Connie Conreaux, of Port Orange, sold 1980 Rutgers Place, Unit 60, to Raymond Saunders III, of Albuquerque, for $250,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,725 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $234,000.

Ronald and Penelope Pittman, of Ormond Beach, sold 86 Cypress Pond Road to John and Cheryl Mitchell, of Cleveland, Tennessee, for $100,000. Built in 1982, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,048 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $52,900.

 

Taylor Woods

Alan and Sally Ross, as trustees, sold 1626 Woodacres Court to Stephen and Pamela Jones, of Port Orange, for $177,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $70,800.

 

Tomoka Farms

Vincent and Toni Kugel, of Port Orange, sold 2461 Palm Drive to Andrew and Tara Fritze, of Port Orange, for $450,000. Built in 1981, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, barn, swimming pool and 3,280 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $365,000.

 

Town Park

James and Elizabeth Hargrove sold 4277 Mayfair Lane to Kenneth and Debra McConkey, of Port Orange, for $330,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,280 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $250,700.

 

Vineyards

Daniel and Marie Bicksler, of Port Orange, sold 1487 Surrey Park Drive to Nadezda Kaysarova, of Daytona Beach, for $217,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,085 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $155,000.

 

Waters Edge

Mark and Kathleen Rodriguez sold 1740 Spottswoode Court to Robert and Sarah Martin, of Port Orange, for $259,900. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,922 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $267,400.

Kenneth and Debra McConkey, of Port Orange, sold 1232 Thomas Drive to Maria Cabadas, of Port Orange, for $206,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $61,000.

 

Dennis Borders sold 1225 Franklin Drive to Marcia Hopwood, of Port Orange, for $180,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,375 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $82,000.

 

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 1116 Loblolly Lane to Bo Godawa and Breanna Roseman, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $70,000.

Richard Poulin, of Ormond Beach, sold 150 Reef Road to Kenneth and Reed Brackins, of South Daytona, for $182,500. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,520 square feet.

 

Douglas and Sheila Zier, of Burlington, New Jersey, sold 560 Cambridge Circle to Gabrielle Lank, of South Daytona, for $152,500. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $76,000.

 

Timothy and Susan Lehmann, of Omro, Wisconsin, sold 2353 Colfax Drive to Kenneth Jancisko, of South Daytona, for $147,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,231 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $115,000.

 

Akil Venjara, of Hauppauge, New York, sold 100 Moonstone Court to Michael Bathrick, of Port Orange, for $99,900. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,400 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $130,000.

 

Melissa Dessoye, of Port Orange, sold 480 Reed Canal Road, Unit 20, to Amie MacDonald, of Ormond Beach, for $74,000. Built in 1986, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,024 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $126,500.

 

Heather Pattison, of Eagle River, Wisconsin, sold 421 Banana Cay Drive, Unit L, to Carter’s Homes LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $63,500. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 922 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $50,000.
