Gary and Nancy Swits, of Gays, Illinois, sold 1995 Hawks Nest Drive to Enrique and Olga Hernandez, of Port Orange, for $720,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, airplane hangar and 2,776 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $594,500.

Bentwood

Mitchell and Angela Eacobacci sold 716 Breckenridge Drive to Laurie Brissette, of Port Orange, for $320,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,584 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $150,000.

Central Park

Kathleen Clower and Ricky Raymer, of Otto, North Carolina, sold 726 Park Ridge Circle to Keystone Homes LLC, of Lake Mary, for $200,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,891 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $160,000.

Commonwealth

Robert Reidelback sold 734 Sheldon Circle to Michael and Mary Nelson, of Port Orange, for $79,000. Built in 1974, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $5,500.

Condominiums

Michael and Kimberley Pool sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 305, to Pasquale Pucci, of Port Orange, for $137,500. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $135,000.

Richard and Doloris O’Toole, individually and as trustees, 940 Village Trail, Unit 6-209, to Pedram Armani, of Ontario, Canada, for $116,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $199,900.
