Authorities found two methamphetamine generators and one-pot meth labs that were discovered to be under pressure and hazardous leading to an evacuation, according to a Port Orange Police Department report.

The discovery was made on Wednesday, May 16, when the Special Investigations Unit and Emergency Response Team were searching the 400 block of Turton St. where five adults had been secured by the Port Orange Emergency Response Team.

According to the police report, Gregory Lebedowych, 34, stated he is the owner of the home where the labs were found. Lebedowych also stated he had allowed Alan Ouellet, 31, and his girlfriend to stay at the residence.

Lebedowych denied he had manufactured methamphetamine and said that the one-pots and generators belonged to Ouellet. Ouellet's girlfriend told authorities she had observed her boyfriend manufacturing methamphetamine with the one-pot method and had seen him using bottles, sandwich bags and coffee filters to manufacture methamphetamine. She said that the one-pots and methamphetamine manufacturing materials inside their room belonged to Ouellet.

Ouellet later confessed he was manufacturing methamphetamine but for personal use.

Prior to the search, a police officer had been conducting a surveillance at the residence and had observed a Toyota Corolla arrive at the house. It was later discovered that Steven Green, 34, had been in the observed vehicle. Green stated he had needed a place to sleep.

Authorities later found a scale with Oxycodone residue and six paper tabs that are believed to be used by narcotics dealers inside the vehicle.

Lebedowych was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lebedowych is out on bond for narcotic charges and was not given a bond for this arrest.

Ouellet was charged with trafficking approximately 96 grams of methamphetamine oil and drug possession of paraphernalia. Ouellet is out on bond for narcotic charges and was not given a bond for this arrest.

Green was charged with possession of oxycodone and possession of drug paraphernalia. Green's bond was set at $2,500.
