Atlantic Ave. to Gregory Knapp and Kelly Walker, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $787,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,547 square feet.

Condominiums

Karen and Brandon Haught, of Daytona Beach, sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 110, to Thomas and Carrie Boyer, of Kirklin, Indiana, for $149,900. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $74,900.

Country Walk

Kelly Roberts, of South Daytona, sold 3433 Spring Oak Lane to Gary Garvey, of Port Orange, for $235,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $156,000.

Cypress Head

Eric and Tonya Wagner sold 1196 Siesta Key Circle to Michael and Esther Carroll, of Port Orange, for $337,500. Built in 1996, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,410 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $388,000.

Robyn Thompson sold 6465 Cypress Springs Parkway to Joseph and Christina Call, of Port Orange, for $331,250. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,201 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $261,500.

Brian Brocious, of Fort Pierce, sold 4478 Tumbleweed Trail to Sonia and Edgardo Oliva, of Port Orange, for $141,100. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $95,000.

Mark Rollier, Richard Askew, Christopher Rollier and Susan Byrnes sold 5021 Palmetto St. to Mathew Cindric, of Port Orange, for $90,000. Built in 1925, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 975 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $40,000.

Tough Tunya Properties LLC, of Santa Barbara, California, sold 5205 Rogers Ave. to Zachary and Destinee Zook, of Port Orange, for $142,000. Built in 2006, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 918 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $112,000.

Martin and Mary Murphy, of Port Orange, sold 5834 Westport Drive to Candace Moore, of Port Orange, for $227,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,494 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $149,900.
