The top real estate transaction in the Hammock from July 4 to Sept. 5 was in Ocean Hammock. Richard and Grace Bennington, of Port St. Lucie, sold 25 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S to Richard McCarthy, as trustee, for $1,875,000. Built in 2012, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a shared dune walk, swimming pool, elevator and 5,151 square feet.

 

Hammock Beach

Alan Alvarado, of Valdosta, Georgia, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 507, to Ahmed Bayoumi and Rania Karam-Bayoumi, of Warsaw, New York, for $415,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,075,000.

 

James and Julie Eads, of Flagler Beach, sold 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1432, to Roy and Vivian Ripak, of Davie, for $265,500. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $545,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

William and Patricia Bevan, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 101, to Johnnie Breed, as trustee, for $983,000. Built in 2005, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,143 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,185,000.

 

Melanie Barba, of Mystic, Connecticut, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 205, to Robert and Anne Considine, individually and as trustee, for $810,000. Built in 2004, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,950 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $850,000.

 

Roger Vaughn, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 205, to James and Deborah Sciafani, of Palm Coast, for $665,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $590,000.

 

Charles and Linda Yuska, of Herndon, Virginia, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1602, to Lynn Pellegrino, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 1992, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,534 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $850,000.

 

Myra Kipp, individually and as trustee, and William Kipp, of Palm Coast, sold 37 San Gabriel Lane to Clive and Renee Dixon, of Palm Coast, for $640,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,680 square feet.

 

Terry and Susan Averdick, of Palm Coast, sold 12 La Costa Place to Michael Quiqley and Moya Krohn, of Palm Coast, for $510,000 Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $381,100.

 

Mark and Diane Stenclik, of Palm Coast, sold 120 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1502, to Marie Salvador, of Palm Coast, for $490,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $500,000.

 

Secured Property Solutions LLC, of Lake Mary, sold 1 La Costa Place to James and Michelle Clark, of Palm Coast, for $462,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,735 square feet. It sold in April for $360,000.

 

Ocean Hammock

Harvey Allen Management LLC, of Georgetown, Texas, sold 30 Hammock Beach Circle to David and Debra LaGassa, of Palm Coast, for $892,500. Built in 2013, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator and 4,351 square feet.

 

Michael and Carolyn Mugno, of Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland, sold 30 Northshore Ave. to Alfred and Lynn Gagliardi, of Palm Coast, for $840,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,705 square feet.

 

Richard and Stacy Butterfield, of Lakeland, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 145, to CB Onefortyfive LLC, of Oviedo, for $445,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $424,000.

 

Geraldine and Michael Lamont, individually and as trustees, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1035 to Christopher and Tamela Vance, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, for $323,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $451,400.

 

James and Mary Harris, of Wallingford, Pennsylvania, sold 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 923, to Peter and Carla Staff, of Saunderstown, Rhode Island, for $255,418. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet.

 

Yacht Harbor Village

Stephen Gallagher, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 177, to Angela Echols, of Palm Coast, for $238,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $210,000.

 

James and Carol Toombs, of Lillian, Alabama, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 567, to Michael Wright and Patricia Perry-Wright, of Milwaukee, for $235,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $712,000.
