A pool home tops the sales list

The house sold for $575,000 in 2013.

A house in Grand Haven was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 6-12 in Flagler County. Robert and Alison Reid, as trustees, sold 204 Willow Oak Way to Michael and Deborah Griffith, of Palm Coast, for $749,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, summer kitchen and 2,919 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $575,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

Dennis and Maria Teza, of Oak Ridge, North Carolina, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 279, to Michael and Debra Lackovic, of Chicago, for $310,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $614,000.

 

Anton Weiler, individually and as trustee, sold 69 Rivers Edge Lane, Unit 69, to Edwin Lindstrom III, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $113,500.

 

Carletto Estate Properties Inc., of Huntington, New York, sold 301 Central Ave. S., Unit 8, to Randal and Pamela Williamson, of Flagler Beach, for $120,000. Built in 2007, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 425 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $106,000.

 

Cypress Knoll

Kenneth Burrow, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Elder Drive to Richard and Claudia Beland, of Palm Coast, for $342,500. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,343 square feet.

 

Grand Haven

Kevin and Angela Kravantka sold 20 Front St. to Peter Demytrk and Enercida Liriano, of Oradell, New Jersey, for $437,500. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, a swimming pool and 3,978 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $900,000.

 

Frank and Pamela Botelho, of Palm Coast, sold 35 St. Andrews Court to Eric and Donna VanDeusen, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,440 square feet.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. – Jacksonville sold 223 Grand Reserve Drive to Panginorin and Sonia Santos, of Bunnell, for $241,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Diane Harrington, of Gainesville, sold 9 Laguna Court to Patrice and Thomas Culligan, of Palm Coast, for $465,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,712 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $370,000.

 

Hidden Lakes

Philip and Allonsa Farino, of Palm Coast, sold 34 Auberry Drive to Mario and Vicki Tristani, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,062 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $250,000.

 

Indian Trails

Ford and Humbert Developers Inc., of Port Orange, sold 56 Bronson Lane to Michael Toto, of Palm Coast, for $254,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,170 square feet.

 

Daniel and Teresa Kvachuk, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Becket Lane to Brandon and Katriana Baker, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,048 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $187,900.

 

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Kenneth Brynteson sold 5 San Miguel Court to Zeenen Cobb, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,576 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $150,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

Edward and Maria Cardoza, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Roller Lane to Fernando and Teresa Oliveira, of Palm Coast, for $242,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2.082 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $165,000.

 

Not in Subdivision

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 52 Fort Caroline Lane to Amanda and Jeffrey Shults, of Palm Coast, for $212,050. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet.

 

Palm Harbor

Cecile Giguere, of Keene, New Hampshire, sold 3 Chesney Court to Ian and Kristen Logue, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,089 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $117,500.

 

Mark Stanton, as trustee, and William Rhodes Jr. sold 18 Cedarview Court to Matthew and Tiffany Weiss, of Jacksonville, for $250,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat house and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $90,000.

 

Pine Grove

Donald Scoggins, of Durham, North Carolina, sold 11 Pinto Lane to Douglas and Linda Putnam, of Palm Coast, for $267,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,079 square feet.

 

Sheryl Sommers-Zelen and Stephen Zelen sold 17 Powder Horn Drive to Shaun and Lisa Bender, of Palm Coast, for $242,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,986 square feet.

 

Felix and Yelena Berlin sold 17 Pope Lane to Alexina Montague and Zachary Garl, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,854 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $142,900.

 

Pine Lakes

Nelson and Maria Demedeiros, of Fort Pierce, sold 6 Whippoorwill Drive to Emma and Theodore Adams, of Palm Coast, for $283,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2.091 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $285,000.

 

Stacy Hettig and Dennis Lawson, of Silver Spring, Maryland, sold 10 Wood Clift Lane to Darren and Tammi Morrow, and Alfred and Sandra Hanes, of Palm Coast, for $254,900. Built in 2006, the house has for bedrooms, three baths and 2,336 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $160,000.

 

Woodlands

Kazimierz Szybiak, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Blackberry Place to Monroe Rentals LLC, of Litchfield, Ohio, for $183,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,471 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $75,000.
