Pool home on the Halifax River tops the sales list

A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top transaction for Sept. 23-29 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Daniel and Linda Miles, of St. Augustine, sold 3554 John Anderson Drive to Sarajean Schroeder, of Ormond Beach, for $729,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,227 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $340,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Josette Preddy, of Uniondale, New York, sold 121 Grey Dapple Way to Geng Wang, of Ormond Beach, for $287,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,218 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $214,100.

Phyllis Lozeau, of Ormond Beach, sold 219 Briarfield Court to Jonathan Eastly and Brigitte Hubbell, of Ormond Beach, for $194,900. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,444 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $84,900.

Enni Koponen, of Hampton, sold 10 Charleston Square for $175,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,484 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $85,000.

Double H Enterprises LLC, of Volusia County, sold 5 Riverdale Ave. to Michele Mangan, of Ormond Beach, for $166,599. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $200,000.

Tamara Swoop, of Port Orange, sold 20 La Palma St. to Diane Bennici, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,340 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $70,000.

Douglas Lamb sold 1107 Avenue H to Sheri Bolt, of Ormond Beach, for $81,000. Built in 1988, the manufactured home has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $51,000.

Breakaway Trails

Jenise Hodges and Evelyn McNeill, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Shadow Creek Way to John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,251 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $187,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 364 Nottinghill St. to Susan Leorza, of Ormond Beach, for $404,290. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet.

Oak Forest

Craig and Cammie Miller sold 1523 Poplar Drive to Aegidius Warmerdam and Eric Melgers, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,060 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $36,500.

Ormond Lakes

Richard Preston and Judith McMaster, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Old Canyon Lane to Robert and Nancy Rhonehouse, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 3,208 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $363,750.

Plantation Bay

Joyce Curtis, of Ormond Beach, sold 1164 Kilkenny Lane to Ada Ballester, of Orlando, for $295,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,905 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $236,500.

Robert Ledbetter and Dylan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 772 Aldenham Lane to Abraham Kamaly and Naomi Ghasami, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2017, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $247,400.

Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 842 Aldenham Lane to Wallace and Patricia Maroon, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 2018, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.

Kambiz Khalaji and Sonbol Kashani, of Ormond Beach, sold 1311 Hansberry Lane to Sammuel and Beverly Haines, of Leesburg, for $233,500. Built in 2006, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $160,000.

Roosevelt Harris sold 1015 Kilkenny Lane to Harry and Paula Besselink, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2013, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,765 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $178,800.

Vasudeva Paniker, of Tavares, sold 1380 Sunningdale Lane to Richard and Sherry Liner, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, for $220,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,659 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.

Robert and Nancy Langworthy, of Pinehurst, North Carolina, sold 3 Little Pond Trail to Joanne Kirson, of Norwalk, Connecticut, for $198,000. Built in 1983, the house has for bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,401 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $113,000.

Allison Berry, of Seaside, California, sold 322 Timberline Trail to Walter and Sheila Shreve, of Ormond Beach, for $158,400. Built in 1981, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,474 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $190,000.

Tylo Investments LLC sold 220 Pine Cone Trail to Dianne Yeater, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,340 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $58,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Catherine Walsh, of Deltona, sold 37 Pine Valley Circle to Kenneth and Amber Carter, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $277,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Kimberly Edwards, of Palm Coast, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 306, to Jerry and Judy Morrow, of Ormond Beach, for $238,500. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $150,000.

Robert McCormick, individually and as trustee, sold 26 Sunrise Ave. to Patrick and Marcie Peterson, of Homosassa, for $230,000. Built in 1966, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,766 square feet. It sold ln 1983 for $65,000.

Patrick O’Brien, of East Bangor, Maine, sold 40 Palmetto Drive to Juana Darce and Javier Hernandez, of Ormond Beach, for $127,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $61,500.
