A house with a barn was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 17-23 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as trustee, sold 2335 Durrance Lane to Lisa and William McCarthy, of Ormond Beach, for $449,500. Built in 2003, the house sits on five acres and has four bedrooms, 3,5 baths, a fireplace, barn and 4,563 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Zhuangren Liu and Li Ding, of Ormond Beach, sold 126 Creek Forest Lane to Glennon and Patricia Hendrix, of Ormond Beach, for $317,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,554 square feet.

Glennon and Patricia Hendrix sold 231 River Vale Lane to Joshua Roberts, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,054 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $259,500.

Trustee Services LLC, as trustee, sold 520 S. Center St. to Allen and Bonnie Hudson, of Ormond Beach, for $204,900. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $120,500.

David Walls, Ronald Goble and Rebecca Barton sold 460 S. Halifax Drive to Clayton Wheeler and Scott Wheeler, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,348 square feet.

Jack and Victoria Peebly, of Debary, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 100, to Ellen Perkins, of Daytona Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $155,000.

David Wengert sold 49 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Ivan and Olivera Mihajlovik, of Ormond Beach, for $128,900. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2,5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $62,500.

Halifax Plantation

William Rebarick, of Ormond Beach, sold 3321 Glenshane Way to Michael Penagos, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,879 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $200,000.

Imogene Strickland, of Ormond Beach, sold 1300 Asher Court to Anthony and Merrie DiVirgilio, of Magnolia, Delaware, for $225,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $216,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 1322 Asher Court to Terry and Bonnie Lenke, as trustees, for $170,625. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $139,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Timothy and Janet Clark, of Ormond Beach, sold 50 Canterbury Woods to David and Paula Macnamara, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,885 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $193,000.

Ormond Lakes

Samuel and Lina Moggio, of Daytona Beach, sold 22 Waterbluff Drive to Joel and Stacy Dodson, and Margaret Crowe, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $215,000.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 848 Aldenham Lane to Stephen and Lisa Sanville, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2018, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,086 square feet.

Claudia Ruffing, of Venice, sold 795 Aldenham Lane to Connie Hoover, of Ormond Beach, for $272,900. Built in 2016, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $235,000.

The Trails

Elizabeth Taylor and Roger King, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Iroquois Trail to James and Janet Day, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,434 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $232,000.

Christopher Bishop, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Indian Trail to Luis and Diane Moscoso, of Homestead, for $220,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $123,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Daryl Harris, of Flagler Beach, sold 26 Surfside Drive to Maribeth and Richard Carr, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,769 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $173,000.

Theresa Quinn, individually and as trustee, sold 3 San Jose Circle to Rennie and Susan Kayes, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,346 square feet.

SunTrust Bank, of Atlanta, sold 121 Mariners Drive to Charles Mecklem, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,673 square feet.
