A house on the Tomoka River was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 24-30 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert and Andrea Tuttle, of Las Vegas, sold 425 Pine Bluff Trail to Paul and Denise Paquette, of Ormond Beach, for $2,650,000. Built in 1992, the house has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, three fireplaces, a boat house, tennis court, swimming pool and 6,781 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $850,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 103 Chrysanthemum Drive to Jose and Alma Lugo, of New Windsor, New York, for $289,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,084 square feet.
Stephen and Sandra Bogdan, of New Ipswich, New Hampshire, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 704, to Marcus and Elizabeth Lodi, of Algonquin, Illinois, for $245,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $205,000.
Kelsey Thomas, of Ormond Beach, sold 902 Woodmere Circle to Jonathan Thompson, of Alexandria, Minnesota, for $208,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,720 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $149,000.
Mark Hebensperger, of Ormond Beach, sold 638 Hand Ave. to Richard Brugone, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,580 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $145,000.
Samuel and Rayne Dunlop, of Palm Coast, sold 43 Warwick Ave. to Lauren Zoltek, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,562 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $81,000.
Terry and Darlene Rakes, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Overbrook Court to Jennifer Ardies, of Ormond Beach, for $198,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,522 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $219,000.
Gina Goodrich, individually and as trustee, sold 59 Cardinal Drive, Unit A, to Robin and Simon Hay, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, for $136,500. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 808 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $59,900.
Wilmington Saving Fund Society FSB, as trustee, sold 437 Flormond Ave. to Thomas and Teodora Butcher, of Ormond Beach, for $122,757. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet.
Breakaway Trails
William and Susan McLaughlin, of Burnsville, North Carolina, sold 85 Shadow Creek Way to William and Denise Lefkowitz, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,143 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $280,000.
Chelsea Place
CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 428 Nottinghill St. to Ronald and Claudia Green, of Ormond Beach, for $417,920. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,566 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Patricia Webster, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, sold 1297 Royal Pointe Lane to Jeffrey Lipet and Bethanie Phillips, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,019 square feet.
Cathy Burdette, of Arlington, Virginia, sold 1256 Crown Pointe Lane to Rosel McAndrews, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $297,900.
Jerry and Cathy Byerly, of Ormond Beach, sold 1204 Kilkenny Court to Robert and Julie Peterson, of Ormond Beach, for $250,005. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $234,100.
Tomoka Estates
Jeffrey and Tiara Baert, of Ormond Beach, sold 1000 Shockney Drive to David and Christina Bennett, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat house and 2,274 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $330,000.
The Trails
Digger Consulting Corp., of Port Orange, sold 15 Iroquois Trail to Daniel Bouck and Alyssa Taulbee, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,088 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $178,100.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Mary Faiola sold 130 Heron Dunes Drive to Jonathan and Yesenia Leslie, of Ormond Beach, for $292,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,879 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $155,900.
Elite Trust and Escrow Co. LLC, of Altamonte Springs, sold 22 Wisteria Drive to Larry and Sharon Rinehart, of Ormond Beach, for $267,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,759 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $205,000.
William and Rita Fornell, individually and as trustees, sold 17 Longfellow Circle to Christine Davenport, of Ormond Beach, for $248,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $169,000.
Janet Cook sold 43 Seaview Drive to Brian Doyle, of Ormond Beach, for $197,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $166,900.
Richard and Sharon Maltbie, of Ormond Beach, sold 2820 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3, to Ronald and Jenny Willis, of Poulan, Georgia, for $185,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $153,000.
