The top selling residence for Jan. 13-19 in Port Orange and South Daytona is a house in Riverwood Plantation. Santo and Carolina Gullo, of Port Orange, sold 6313 Palmas Bay Circle to Michael and Blanche Mullaney, of Port Orange, for $785,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 3,855 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ashton Lakes
Ronald and Donna Gulick, of Port Orange, sold 768 Park Springs Court to Peter and Kirstyn Muldoon, of Port Orange, for $320,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,060 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $198,460.
Cypress Cove
William and Shirley Joyce, of Port Orange, sold 809 Black Duck Drive to Brendan and Shannon Galbreath, of Port Orange, for $240,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1.620 square feet.
Deep Forest
Richard Bledsoe, of Ormond Beach, sold 976 Sand Crest Drive to William and Shirley Joyce, of Port Orange, for $185,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,540 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $65,000.
Gatewood
Sandy Cay Holdings Inc., of St. Petersburg, sold 1119 Oak Forest Circle to Pristine Properties of Volusia LLC, of Port Orange, for $125,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,328 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $94,000.
Hidden Lake
Mitchell Thomas, of New Smyrna Beach, and James Thomas, of Monroe, North Carolina, sold 1306 W. Dexter Drive to Anthony Garner, of Port Orange, for $170,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,126 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $95,000.

Kenneth and Lisa Wingert, of York, Pennsylvania, sold 3606 S. Peninsula Drive, Unit 409, to Carl and Judith Knuelle, of Winter Springs, for $189,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,229 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $171,500.

Edwin Pimentel-Perez and Maria Posokhova, of Port Orange, sold 6185 Sequoia Drive to Remy Jeannin for $172,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,311 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $118,000.
Sherwood Forest
Terry and Sheri Scarsella, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 2186 Robinhood Trail to James Preziosi, of Daytona Beach, for $171,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $117,000.
South Oak Townhouses
Christina Chu sold 3656 Jackson St., Unit 13, to Fowler IRA Properties LLC, of Fort Lauderdale, for $97,500. Built in 1983, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $84,000.
Southwinds
Michele Summers sold 1158 Southwinds Drive to Matthew and Sarah Rittweger, of Port Orange, for $195,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $207,500.
Sugar Forest
Cecelia Collins, of Palmyra, Indiana, sold 836 Sugar House Drive to Richard Walder and Joyce Hemphill-Walder, of Westminster, California, for $139,000. Built in 1986, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $100,900.
Summer Trees
Marion Reynolds, individually and as representative, sold 80 Crooked Pine Road to Thelma Jones and Paul Royce, of Port Orange, for $142,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,122 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $65,500.
Waters Edge
Aref Joulani and Mana Shahsavari, of Ormond Beach, sold 6411 Adrianne Court to Steven and Brenda Crouse, of Port Orange, for $358,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,447 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $312,000.
SOUTH DAYTONA
Richard and Debra Bowling, of Bunnell, sold 1645 Caldwell Road to Mark and Gina Schubert, of Daytona Beach, for $167,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,400 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $150,000.
Property Restoration Group LLC sold 563 Calhoun St. to William and Theresa Winchester, of Port Orange, for $139,900. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 968 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $50,000.
George and Jordan Lew sold 1600 Big Tree Road, Unit L6, to Shirley Helbig, of South Daytona, for $105,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 833 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $108,000.
