Exxon Mobil gas station to be constructed along Matanzas Woods Parkway

It is intended to have the same building as the existing station at Pine Lakes Parkway and Wynfield Drive.

There is going to be a new Exxon Mobil gas station, according to a weekly report by the city of Palm Coast.

The gas station will be located at 101 Matanzas Woods Parkway and is intended to have the same building as the existing station at Pine Lakes Parkway and Wynfield Drive. It will also be owned by the same company, which is affiliated with Southeast Petro Distributors Inc.

The technical site plan has been approved and they are in the process of completing review of the Final Plat, which is needed prior to commencing construction. It's expected to take place in about 60 days, according to Palm Coast Communications and Marketing Manager Cindi Lane.
