A house zoned for horses was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 9-15 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Alan Spertus and Marcy Streifer-Spertus, of Daytona Beach, sold 2381 Lipizzan Trail to Jason and Meric Cavanaugh, of Ormond Beach, for $945,000. Built in 1996, the house has seven bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 6,514 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $620,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Louis Rosa and Andria Harscher, of Big Pine Key, sold 150 Gamble Ave. to Diana Hillburn and Richard Rademacher for $270,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,594 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $135,000.

Michael and Laura Boyle, of Ormond Beach, sold 172 Seminole Drive to Shannon Berger, of Ormond Beach, for $267,100. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,972 square feet.

Kyle and Allison Cyr, of Ormond Beach, sold 80 Pine Trail to Sonora Phifer and Jonathan Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,114 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $128,000.

Justin McNally, of Centerport, New York, and Alison McNally, of Northport, New York, sold 51 Park Place to Kathleen Massa, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,021 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $71,500.

Michele DiLuciano sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 3080, to Buren and Lisa Furr, of Ormond Beach, for $76,000. Built in 1987, the condo has a murphy bed, bathroom and 297 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $69,900.

Paul and Lindsey Woessner sold 73 Coquina Ridge Way to Samuel and Alfrieda Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $353,500. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,389 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $220,725.

Danny and Jeanne Parisi, of Jacksonville, sold 127 Deep Woods Way to Joseph Kochersperger and Tracy Horner, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,592 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $258,309.

Ormond Lakes

James and Monica Stewart, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Emerald Oaks Lane to Harry and Debra Moulis, of Ormond Beach, for $657,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,690 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $572,000.

Robert Germann Jr. and Norma Bohland, of Hendersonville, North Carolina, sold 41 Lakebluff Drive to Elizabeth Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,127 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $290,000.

LSMP LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 1156 Kilkenny Lane to John and Marleen Schrieber, of Ormond Beach, for $244,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $425,000.

Laurence Janelle, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Eagle Rock Trail to John Stein, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,036 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $135,500.

Ashley Jackson and David Foresman, of Ormond Beach, sold 115 Timberline Trail to Kimberly Biagi and Debra Brandt, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $154,900.

Trails North Forty

Howard and David Cox, individually and as representative, sold 34 Big Buck Trail to William and Margaret Brethour, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,528 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $135,000.

Aaron Marine, of Manassas, Virginia, sold 153 Inglewood Court to Marier Investment LLC, of Aventura, for $121,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $123,600.

Paul Martorelli sold 110 Beau Rivage Drive to James and Lisa McKenzie, of Ormond Beach, for $379,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,978 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $332,000.

Reel in Investments LLC, of Clermont, sold 1215 John Anderson Drive to Emily DiSalvo, of Ormond Beach, for $331,500. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,672 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $190,000.

Robert and Diana Knight, of Pisgah Forest, North Carolina, sold 20 Aqua Vista Drive to Ronald and Betty Fitzgerald, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $266,000.
