A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top selling residence for June 16-22 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Robert and Lauren Early, of Port Orange, sold 1954 Southcreek Blvd. to Tenir LLC, of Concord Township, Ohio, for $765,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,718 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $740,000, Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Allandale

Maier Meadows LLC sold 5126 Taylor Ave. to Bradley Roberts and Joyce Enger, of Port Orange, for $199,900. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,484 square feet.

 

Azalea Pointe

Joan Young, of Indian Land, South Carolina, sold 1065 Azalea Pointe Drive to Jose and Rosa Santana, of Port Orange, for $278,000. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,012 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $110,000.

 

Brandy Hills

Whitestone487 Properties LLC sold 135 Brandy Hills Drive to Trenton and Lynsay West, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $107,000.

 

Countryside

Joyce Senzig sold 4019 N. Waterbridge Circle to Linda Laprade, of Port Orange, for $243,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,534 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $174,900.

 

Dunlawton Hills

Gabriella Williams, of Miami, sold 809 Long Meadow Court to Roberta Travani, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1989, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,310 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $102,000.

 

Forest Lake Preserve

Louis and Latonya Ney, of Berwick, Pennsylvania, sold 5405 Ward Lake Drive to Samuel and Taylor Posey, of Port Orange, for $238,500. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,594 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $190,000.

 

Hidden Lake

Saun Yeomans, of Port Orange, sold 4707 Chardonnay Lane to Alan Andrade and Terri Geske, of Port Orange, for $199,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,605 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $73,500.

 

Laurelwood

Ronald Macek, of Chino Hills, California, sold 717 La Grange Ave. to Ronald and Shirley Jackson, of Port Orange, for $52,500. Built in 1979, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $38,000.

 

Leisure Villas

John O’Gara, of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, sold 250 Leisure Circle to Casey Brown, of Port Orange, for $160,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $56,000.

Michael and Marie Dawson, of Waleska, Georgia, sold 1928 Whisperwood Way, Unit 15, to David and Kimberly Rutter, of Port Orange, for $177,500. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,329 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $180,000.

 

Waters Edge

Michael Koehler sold 6627 Merryvale Lane to Daniel and Nicole Coletti, of Port Orange, for $525,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,126 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $450,000.

 

Water’s Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 6817 Forkmead Lane to Daniel Meeker, of Port Orange, for $359,000. Built in 2018, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,718 square feet.

 

Thomas and Marta Mahan sold 1735 Cakebread Court to Chandrakant and Hinaben Patel, of Port Orange, for $342,000. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,083 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $253,675.

 

Willow Run

David Griest, of Columbus, Ohio, sold 1139 E. Willow Run Drive to Michael and Alexandrea Hutton, of Port Orange, for $239,900. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,274 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $148,000.

 

Windsor Hill

James and Wilma Brewer sold 1336 N. Wembley Circle to Nora Alvarez, of Port Orange, for $290,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,881 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $126,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Naomi Berlin, of Staatsburg, New York, sold 140 Reef Road to Trevor Kerr, of South Daytona, for $340,190. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,018 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $80,000.

Michael Ging, individually and as trustee, sold 2925 Windle Lane to Michelle and Todd Skipper, and Carol Dantonello, of South Daytona, for $204,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,525 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $75,900.

Harold and Susan Milstead sold 400 Katherine St. to Jason Hanna and Rachel Massey, of South Daytona, for $135,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,050 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $40,000.

George and Sandra Cencerik, of Port Orange, sold 2520 Anastasia Drive to Chance Morris, of Daytona Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 952 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $50,900.

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 31 Cherrywood Court to Robert and Lynn Lasota, of South Daytona, for $42,500. Built in 1998, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,104 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $56,000.
