A house in Whispering Oaks was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 24-30 in Flagler County. Dustin and Monica Derickson, of St. Augustine, sold 6 Weldon Way to Kent and Melinda Davis, of Monticello, Illinois, for $705,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, boat house and 2,358 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $700,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

William and Carol Sheaffer, of Orlando, sold 300 Marina Bay Drive to Janet Van Slyke, individually and as trustee, for $345,000. Built in 2000, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $212,000.

 

JPMorgan Chase Bank, of Columbus, Ohio, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 206, to Laureen Somers, of Goshen, New York, for $215,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $336,400.

 

Walter Karbowsky III, Gary Karbowsky and Walter Karbowsky, individually and as trustees, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 1-F, to McConnell Olivier, of Midland, Texas, for $105,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $154,400.

 

Belle Terre

Sharon Weckesser, of York Springs, Pennsylvania, sold 28 Prosperity Lane to James Camp, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,234 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $163,000.

 

Cypress Knoll

Alice Cunnane, individually and as trustee, sold 21 Elder Drive to James and Kathleen Salanitro, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,253 square feet.

 

George Moody

Gerald and Kimberly Hinson, Joshua Hinson and Jeremiah Hinson, of Concord, North Carolina, sold 319 3rd St. to Wayne Ford, of Flagler Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1956, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,398 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $195,000.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 212 Grand Reserve Drive to Alfred and Pamela Thyrring, of Bunnell, for $299,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

 

Hidden Lakes

Luciano and Patricia Borges, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Graham Trail to Anzhelika Marinelli, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,995 square feet.

Ford and Humbert Developers Inc., of Port Orange, sold 64 Bronson Lane to William and Janet Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,176 square feet.

 

Paul and Lydia McCracken sold 8 Berkshire Lane to Colin Boyle and Carina Hare, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,498 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $160,000.

 

Marineland Acres

Barry and Judy Farber, of Palm Coast, sold 59 Flagler Drive to James and Diane Sommer, of Wooster, Ohio, for $415,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,601 square feet.

 

Matanzas Woods

Maronda Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 2 Larchmont Place to Ronnie and Lenora Dean, of Palm Coast, for $319,900. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,031 square feet.

 

Steven Thomas, Bruce Garrison and Joseph Piazza, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Long Place to Kaitlyn Bucher and Teri Deloria, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,480 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $300,000.

Robert and Betty Hamby sold 25 Cottonwood Trail to James and Jeanne Hoddinott, of Littlestown, Pennsylvania, for $350,750. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,937 square feet.

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 14 Porcupine Drive to Patricia Colucci, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $110,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Anson Jones and Marisol Mendez, of Orlando, sold 14 Coleridge Court to Richard and Sally Barker, of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, for $337,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, swimming pool and 1,845 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $402,000.

 

Pine Grove

Alexander Permyakov and Elena Kruglova, of Palm Coast, sold 89 Pheasant Drive to Michael Itzkevitch, of Jacksonville, for $177,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $159,300.

 

Pine Lakes

Timothy and Gilda Scarborough, of Palm Coast, sold 46 Westgate Lane to Maher Nameh, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,506 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $312,500.

 

Frank and Kathryn Parisi, of Largo, sold 12 Village Circle to Tawillady and Wilbens Nonord, of Palm Coast, for $198,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,086 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $164,000.

 

WPF Enterprises Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 33 Westmount Lane to Kipp and Rose Maitland, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $81,600.

 

Plantation Bay

John and Renae See, of Champlin, Minnesota, sold 815 Westlake Drive to Stephen Burroughs, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,652 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $441,000.

 

Alexandr and Galina Donets sold 36 Gale Lane to David and Amy Samuels, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,555 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $226,000.

 

Thomas and Frieda Steinjann, individually and as trustees, sold 56 Kingsley Circle to Terry and Sandra Shockley, as trustees, for $285,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,147 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $167,500.
