A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 31 to April 6 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Steven and Vicky Ridder, of Ormond Beach, sold 1130 John Anderson Drive to Douglas and Jennifer McMillan, of Ormond Beach, for $1,385,000. Built in 1981, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 5,041 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $380,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Elena Kolesnikova, of Delray Beach, sold 136 Heritage Circle to Benjamin and Jessica Maser, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,279 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $435,000.

Nicholas and Aerin Doheny, of Daytona Beach, sold 323 River Vale Lane to Yin Huang and Xue Lin, of Ormond Beach, for $303,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,160 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $261,900.

Keith and Gina Ginsburg, individually and as trustees, sold 913 Woodmere Circle to Luis and Diana Moscoso, of Homestead, $211,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,410 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $80,000.

Priscilla Simonetti, of Ormond Beach, sold 125 Northbrook Lane to Luis and Diana Moscoso, of Homestead, for $176,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $177,000.

Kenneth and Robin Hirschberg, as trustees, sold 621 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Mary Bessette, of Ormond Beach, for $169,900. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,236 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $185,000.

Walking on Water Beach Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1001 Calle Grande St. to James Herrin, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $90,000.

Baharuddin Jabbar and Lilliya Osmanova, of Holly Hill, sold 96 Pine Trail to Kathleen Monagle and Patrick Wolf, of Gainesville, for $143,500. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $80,000.

Lisa Cliver, as representative, sold 16 Red Maple Circle to Manatee Business Leasing Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $64,500.

Teresita Fitch, individually and as trustee, sold 1952 Nelson Ave. to Pamela Hunt, of Ormond Beach, for $106,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,040 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $83,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Richard and Pauline Galardi, of The Villages, sold 19 Willoughby Trace to Steven and Andrea Reale, of Ormond Beach, for $317,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,000 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $239,760.

Joseph and Jessica Yelvington sold 5 Cantilever Court to Michael and Kristy Dowell, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,233 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $245,000.

Oak Forest

Cecilia Cannon-Wallace, as trustee, sold 1 Larisa Terrace to Kellen and Ashley Wohlford, of Ormond Beach, for $270,700. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,841 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $160,000.

Plantation Bay

Ivar and Sally Kasaks, individually and as trustees, sold 1328 Dovercourt Lane to Ralph and Holly Kotoski, of Ormond Beach, for $720,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,059 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $675,000.

Plantation Pines

Sarah and Mitch Adams, of Ormond Beach, sold 471 Juniper Lane to Hugo and Alexandra Lopez, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,978 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $129,900.

The Trails

Carol Kahle, as trustee, sold 408 Main Trail to Mitch and Sarah Adams, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,168 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $171,200.

Raymond and Gwendolyn Salazar, of Avondale Estates, Georgia, sold 2 Pueblo Trail to David Brandt and Laura Buckmaster, as trustees, for $345,500. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,654 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $210,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Sally and Gordon Elliot, of Reddick, sold 8 Sea Watch Terrace to Joseph Konkel, of Ormond Beach, for $445,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,658 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $150,000.

Frank and Elizabeth Leo, of Daytona Beach, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit G9, to James and Maureen Daughton, of Tallahassee, for $345,000. Built in 1985, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $226,000.

Anita Sharpee sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5070, to Michael and Marianne Del Percio, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $170,000.

Jean Parlow sold 44 Tropical Drive to Joshua and Randi Jorgensen, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,004 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $205,000.

Barry Pulliam, of Fort Worth, sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4050, to Michael and Sharon Shannon, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $147,000.
