Top seller includes a guest house and pool house

A house in Broadwater was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. Michel and Rachel Samson, individually and as trustees, sold 30 Broadriver Road to Joshua Wells, as trustee, for $1.6 million. Built in 1993, the house is a 6/5 with three half-baths, a guest house, pool house, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 7,534 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $1,293,000. Ormond Beach

Reza Sina, individually and as trustee, sold 95 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Edward and Lisa Schatz, of Ormond Beach, for $1,593,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, elevator, cabana, swimming pool and 3,149 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,546,700.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 504, to Janet Gregory, as trustee, for $375,900. Built in 2018, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,428 square feet.

Philip and Susanna Raymond, of Ormond Beach, sold 663 Pineland Trail to Bob Blankenship, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 4/3 and has a guest house, swimming pool, barn and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $349,000.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 307, to Richard Ackerman and Diane Evanac, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2018, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,515 square feet.

Jean Perkins and Robert Grant, of Ormond Beach, sold 264 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Meghan Duran, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1924, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $150,000.

Sharon Bradley, of Daytona Beach, and Sandra Bradley, of Oak Hill, sold 717 N. Halifax Drive to Sarah Beagan and Elliott Kachnycz, of Ormond Beach, for $247,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,567 square feet.

KB Home Jacksonville LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 98 Bella Vita Way to Antoine and Brittany Sweeting, of Ormond Beach, for $190,900. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,681 square feet.

Madelyn Martin, of Palm Coast, sold 409 Division Ave. to Fredrick Donohoe, and Madison Mangus, of Ormond Beach, for $169,900. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,370 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $35,500.

Martin Wohl, of Clearwater, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 2010, to Sheila Blount, of Ormond Beach, for $111,000. Built in 1976, the condo is a 2/2 and has 932 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $155,000.

Maria Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Crescent Lake Way to Joseph and Bryn Will, of Ormond Beach, for $489,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 4/3.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,852 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $313,800.

Peter and Deborah Glover, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Circle Creek Way to Brandon Byers and Melissa Bonilla, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $162,500.

Hunter’s Ridge

Amanda and Glen Bond, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Abacus Ave. to Dawn Petito and Richard del Buono, of Ormond Beach, for $277,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $246,200.

David and Crystal Abner, of Ormond Beach, sold 70 Levee Lane to Anna and Gary Boyd, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 5/2.5 and has 2,845 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $213,758.

Oak Forest

Thomas and Lorraine Hunnefeld, of Ormond Beach, sold 77 Sycamore Circle to Patrick Gagnon and Sherry Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $312,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,706 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $103,000.

Ormond Lakes

Richard del Buono and Dawn Petito, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Lochwind Lane to Jamie Maragas, of Ormond Beach, for $345,900. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,949 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $275,000.

Plantation Bay

Laurie Page, of Atlantic Beach, sold 1041 Hampstead Lane to Frank and Teresa Smeeks, of Savannah, Georgia, for $540,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,223 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $395,000.

Carol Sommerer, of Palm Coast, sold 921 Woodstream Lane to Timothy Merkiel Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,657 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $235,500.

Plantation Pines

Aleksey Pekhtin, of Ormond Beach, sold 443 Juniper Lane to Missionary Sisters of the Holy Family, a nonprofit corporation, for $540,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 5/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,253 square feet.

Ali Aliev, of Ormond Beach, sold 3789 Juniper Lane to Christopher and Tonja Rhodes, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,316 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Victoria Nofi, of DeLand, sold 196 Coquina Key Drive to Charles and Leah Coughenour, of Huntington, West Virginia, for $480,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,840 square feet.

Shannon Daley sold 45 Beechwood Drive to Cynthia Leak-Moorman, of Ormond Beach, for $243,500. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 880 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $167,000.

Monica Berns-Conner, of Bloomfield, New Jersey, sold 2780 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7S, to Michelle and Corey Wise, of Parker, Colorado, for $180,000. Built in 1968, the condo is a 2/1 and has 837 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $152,500.

Pamela Hoopingarner-Boye sold 1167 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 130, to Matthew and Jessica Hagen, of Apopka, for $155,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 1/1 and has 450 square feet.
