Pool home on a river gets $1.2 million

A John Anderson Drive house was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 26 to Aug. 1 in the Multiple Listing Service. Theresa Wahl, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 John Anderson Drive to Antonio and Mirella DeLuca, of Ormond Beach, for $1.2 million. Built in 1955, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,425 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Alicia and Jeffrey Heller, of Ormond Beach, sold 610 Riverside Drive to Julia Seraphin, of Ormond Beach, for $725,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,215 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $450,000.

Ryan Pollard, of Ormond Beach, sold 77 Kent Drive to Gary and Linda Weaver, of Miami, for $315,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has two fireplaces and 1,872 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $153,800.

William and Erika Jones, of Holly Hill, and William Jones Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Talaquah Blvd. to Andrew and Courtney Bernett, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,985 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $360,000.

Eric and Kira Blum, of Ormond Beach, sold 723 Luna Drive to Michele and James Taber, of Ormond Beach, for $323,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,445 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $161,000.

Waylan and Dinah Smith, and Brandon and Marie Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 131 Chrysanthemum Drive to Theodore and Joan Weeks, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $270,000.

Lucas Hill, of Ormond Beach, sold 85 Banyan Drive to Thomas and Debra Spear, of Ormond Beach, for $282,500. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,538 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $205,000.

Melissa Devriese, of Ormond Beach, sold 1205 Overbrook Drive to Richard Escandon, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $119,000.

Lori Patton, as trustee, sold 34 Oak Ave. to Luis Lopez and Kari Edwards, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,632 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $43,000.

Gertie Keller sold 1303 Village Lane to Joseph Barstow, of Ormond Beach, for $148,500. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $98,000.

Frank and Carmen Zambrana sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 306, to Sandra Peters, of St. Johns, for $85,000. Built in 1987, the studio condo has a bathroom and 297 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $65,000.

Rindy and Chriya Nong, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Black Pine Way to Frederick Rehbein, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,816 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $481,400.

Chelsea Place

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 436 Nottinghill St. to Donald and Theresa Berich, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,039 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Lorraine Albanese, of New York, sold 3409 Rexford Circle to Mark Gardner and Margaret Pierce-Gardner, as trustees, for $430,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,633 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $350,000.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3277 Bailey Ann Drive to Robert and Kathleen McKittrick, of Ormond Beach, for $314,536.94. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

Richard and Heather Vick, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Creeksbridge Court to Michael DeGrande, of Ormond Beach, for $192,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,720 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $215,000.

Brian and Gloria Donley sold 77 Grey Dapple Way to Sara Caldwell, as guardian, for $320,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,196 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $223,000.

Robert and Caroline Derensis, of Flagler Beach, sold 148 Capri Drive to Robin Gallant and Patrice Villalobos, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,314 square feet.

Charles and Teresa Bevilacqua, of Palm Harbor, sold 28 Concord Drive to Carol and Terry Watts, of Jackson, Georgia, for $295,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,306 square feet.

Brett and Karen Valentine, of Gainesville, sold 1137 John Anderson Drive to William Smith, of Orlando, for $280,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,508 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $218,000.

Amitav Acharya and Ying Dai, of Bethesda, Maryland, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1030, to Julie and Edward Cowan, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1990, the condo is a 2/2 and has 871 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $129,000.
