A house in Grand Haven was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 23-29 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Irena Ayzman, individually and as trustee, sold 18 Osprey Circle to Arthur Angelica, of Palm Coast, for $515,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, a swimming pool and 3,985 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

David and Patti Hood, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 408 S., to Lawrence and Diane Gersten, of Palm Coast, for $179,000. Built in 2003, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $145,500.

 

Gary and Faith Kaskisto, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Sherbury Court to Patricia Christman and Teri Dailey, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $119,000.

 

Belle Terre

WJH LLC, of Norcross, Georgia, sold 11 Pennsylvania Lane to Keishia McLendon, of Palm Coast, for $200,990. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,045 square feet.

 

Cypress Knoll

Michael and Nicholas Spallone, of Marlton, New Jersey, sold 8 Evans Drive to Robert and Janice Tracy, of Palm Coast, for $214,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,022 square feet.

 

Susan Dwyer, Paul Coogan and Steven Coogan, of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, sold 2 Edison Lane to Jennifer Wagner, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,698 square feet.

 

Grand Haven

Robert and Sandra Malone, individually and as trustees, sold 72 Lagare St. to Dennis Braziel and Michelle Stacey, of Palm Coast, for $485,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,799 square feet.

 

Anthony Bellantoni, individually and as trustee, and Elizabeth Bellantoni, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Tanglewood Court to Elizabeth Andrews, of Palm Coast, for $231,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $184,000.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 125 Golf View Court to Donald and Dorothy Lucas, of Bunnell, for $210,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet.

Frederick and Karen Bodge, individually and as trustees, sold 3 Via Capri to Susan Weiss, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 1992, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,882 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $380,000.

 

Hunter’s Ridge

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 33 Huntington Place to Robert and Joyce Lewis, of Ormond Beach, for $301,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,003 square feet.

 

Johnson Beach

The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 4 Seminole Ave. to Carl and Kathleen Gallo, of Palm Coast, for $100,100. Built in 1967, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 676 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $46,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

Stanley Kasavage, of Auburn, Pennsylvania, sold 10 Rymshaw Place to Jacqueline Blackwood and Joseph Biro, of Palm Coast, for $168,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $159,900.

 

Denise Pressey sold 3 Royal Palm Lane to Steven Calvaresi, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $164,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Jean Gagnon, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Covington Lane to David and Christina Massie, of Palm Coast, for $313,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,850 square feet.

 

James Miller sold 110 Forrester Place to Kevin and Julia Seepersad, of Palm Coast, for $251,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,542 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $207,500.

 

Frank Rullo, individually and as representative, Maryann Rullo, of High Bridge, New Jersey and Susann Rullo, of Carmel, New York, sold 34 Columbia Lane to Sergey Kleyman and Tamara Rabinovich, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, for $222,500. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,543 square feet.

WJH LLC, of Norcross, Georgia, sold 56 Postwood Drive to Nathaniel Coons, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,045 square feet.

 

WJH LLC, of Norcross, Georgia, sold 32 Potters Lane to Nicholas Guidetti and Makenzie Fulton, of Palm Coast, for $182,990. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.

Bruce Garrison and Steven Thomas, as trustees, sold 115 Woodside Drive to Joseph Daversa, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,479 square feet.

 

Stacy and Jennifer Greene, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Walker Drive to Frank and Sherril Lagocki, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,981 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $260,000.

 

Heather Lowther, individually and as trustee, sold 36 Whittington Drive to William Phillips, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,412 square feet.

Mercedes Dickinson, of Palm Coast, sold 674 Elk River Drive to Alireza Kargar, as trustee, for $260,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,814 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $237,900.

 

Seminole Woods

Alex and Inna Todortsev, as trustees, sold 51 Seathorn Path to Vincent Cantone and Mackenzie Sandlin, of Palm Coast, for $189,900. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,075 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $208,500.

 

Nyta LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Black Hawk Place to Joseph and Kathleen Geiger, of Palm Coast, for $222,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1.510 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $156,000.
