A historic home on John Anderson Drive was the top real estate transaction for April 12-18 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Charles Leffler and Carleen Nicastro, individually and as trustees, sold 639 John Anderson Drive to Kevin and Jean Bergfield, of Ormond Beach, for $800,000. Built in 1910, the house is a 6/6.5 and has a fireplace, a pool, detached apartment and 5,589 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Glen and Larisssa Hanson, individually and as trustees, sold 63 Benjamin Drive to Ronald and Clarinda Johnston, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for $222,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,196 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $66,000.
Richard and Joan Dunbar, of Ocala, sold 1556 Poplar Drive to Paul Abbott, of Ocean City, Maryland, for $229,900. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,671 square feet.
Tomoka Meadows
Tina Howard, of Port Orange, sold 19 Tomoka Meadows Boulevard to Patricia Firouzadj, of Ormond Beach, for $128,900. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $98,500.
Chelsea Place
Zachery Kramp and Tracey Swartz, of Ormond Beach, sold 392 Chesham Street to Jon and Barbara Sandberg, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,418 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $366,300.
Plantation Pines
James Nese, of Holly Hill, sold 188 Conifer Lane to Glen and Veania Salzman, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $52,600.
Lakes of Pine Run
PKG Properties of Volusia LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 416 Bushnell Park Court to Michael and Elizabeth Bower, of Flagler Beach, for $204,900. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,315 square feet.
Plantation Bay
William and Edna McCarthy, of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, sold 509 Oyster Bay Drive to John and Quinton Gibbs, of Ormond Beach, for $422,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, a pool and 2,462 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $68,000.
Karen Juzenas, individually and as trustee, sold 1324 Elli Circle to Thomas and Susan Seaha, of Ormond Beach, for $441,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, a pool and 2,326 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $309,500.
John and Sharon Parziale, individually and as trustees, sold 117 Killarney Drive to Norma Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a pool and 2,478 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $330,000.

Bonnie Luisi, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Sea Dunes Terrace to Brenda Cohen, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2, and has a pool and 1,758 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $165,000.
Daniel and Donna Grisso, of Point of Rocks, Maryland, sold 3 Island Cay Drive to Nelson Estenoz Arencibia and Elena Camacho Rivera, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,743 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $179,000.
