The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the community that two convicted sexual predators are now residing in Flagler County.
Fabian Roger Padro, 58, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 197 pounds. He now resides at 23 Woodfield Drive in Palm Coast. He is a white male with grey hair and brown eyes. His criminal history includes being convicted on July 24, 2000, for Kidnapping and Sexual Battery.
Lori A. Szmuc, 52, is 5 feet, 5 inches and weighs approximately 190 pounds. She now resides at 4 Pinell Lane in Palm Coast. She is a white female with sandy hair and green eyes. Her criminal history includes being convicted on Jan. 19, 2012, for Lewd or Lascivious Molestation on a Victim 12-15 Years Old and Lewd or Lascivious Battery, and on June 4, 2013, for Lewd or Lascivious Molestation on a Victim 12-15 Years Old.
Padro and Szmuc are sexual predators per court order and are registered under Florida law.
“While I would prefer they did not move to Flagler County, it is our policy to notify our community when a registered sexual predator moves to our county,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Detective Crosbee from our Sex Offender Unit has also verified both sexual predators’ addresses in person and notified all schools and registered daycares within a 1-mile radius of each sexual predators’ address. They know we know they are here and we are watching.”
