A home in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 11-17 in the Multiple Listing Service. Andres Doble and Angela Busch-Doble, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 2852 John Anderson Drive to Wellington Samouce, of Ormond Beach, for $1,025,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, basement and 3,808 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $650,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

William and Holly Templet, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit PH20, to Lore Bledsoe, of Winter Park, for $875,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 4/4/2 and has 3,806 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $620,000.

Luis and Michelle Pena, and Susan Mobley, sold 2 Greenvale Drive to Elizabeth and William McDonough, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,722 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $280,000.

Robert and Amy Laycock, of Amarillo, Texas, sold 213 Standish Drive to William and Jenny Corso, of Ormond Beach, for $399,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,362 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $225,000.

Carol Shumate and Carl Shumate, of Daytona Beach, sold 1000 N. Beach St. to Stephen and Heather Caskey, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,085 square feet.

Robert Azcano, of Clermont, sold 93 River Beach Drive to Chara-Lee Cassinelli, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,581 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $185,000.

Randy and Laura Hamilton, of Owensboro, Kentucky, sold 20 Ardisia Circle to Yolanda Washington, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,909 square feet.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 305, to Ana Pinto, of Ormond Beach, for $310,900. Built in 2020, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,256 square feet.

Vivian Babcock, of St. Augustine, sold 675 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Robin Frattin for $257,500. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,837 square feet.

Inger Hirschlein, of Ocala, sold 166 Holland Road to Robin Hayes, of Daytona Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1 and has 850 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $117,900.

Allison and Chad Carman, of Ormond Beach, sold 1305 Fairway Ave. to Aja Baliker and Jack Zimbelman, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,140 square feet.

Kit and Anita Harrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 3107 Silvermines Ave. to Sheryl and Dwight Marshall, of Ormond Beach, for $449,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,925 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $385,100.

June Carlson, of Rochester, New York, sold 3335 Newbliss Circle to Sarah Crocker, of Ormond Beach, for $329,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,097 square feet.

Garry Gammon, of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, sold 1428 Carlow Circle to Regina Wells, as trustee, for $269,900. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $218,000.

Jonathan and Lesley Smith, of Port Orange, sold 1115 Wandering Oaks Drive to Samuel and Sharon Mize, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,849 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $237,000.

Craig Gordon sold 1321 Harwick Lane to Charles and Loranda Dauber, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,897 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $345,000.

Eugene Eichenholtz, of Lake Ronkonkoma, New York, and others, sold 1286 Royal Pointe Lane to Jonathan and Pamela Pullen, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,905 square feet.

Stacy Burfield, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Oakmont Circle to Paul Mena and Catherine Novotny, of Ormond Beach, for $499,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,240 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $263,000.
