A house on the ocean was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 24-30 in the Multiple Listing Service. Otaker Quadrat and Darcy Terrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 717 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Mark Liveringhouse and Kristine Kaiser, of Ormond Beach, for $2.5 million. Built in 1966, the house is a 5/3.5 and has two fireplaces and 5,013 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Pankaj and Trupti Patel sold 357 N. Beach St. to Janelle Mertins, as trustee, for $2,461,250. Built in 2012, the house is a 4/4.5 and has two fireplaces, boat dock, boat house, elevator and 6,813 square feet.

Robin Pasternak, of Orlando, sold 188 Windward Lane to Brett Serbousek, of Ormond Beach, for $800,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,900 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $599,000.

Daniel Kerr and Rosemary Burns, of Millsboro, Delaware, sold 120 Ocean Terrace to Stephen Bentz, of Ormond Beach, for $399,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,908 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $181,000.

David Merritt, of Ormond Beach, sold 374 Apache Trail to Robert and Lauren Kellett, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,172 square feet.

Edwin and Martha Guillen, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Park Ridge Way to Cathy Dunn, of Ormond Beach, for $329,900. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,462 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $155,000.

Chelsea and Courtney Kilburn sold 265 Sandoval Drive to Jason Durgan, of Daytona Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $267,800.

Roland and Karen Caragan, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Eileen Terrace to Bobby Hobbs, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,520 square feet.

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 205 Arborvue Trail to Robert and Donna Linton, of Ormond Beach, for $231,700. Built in 1999, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,355 square feet. In sold in 2017 for $149,000.

Aranell Poindexter, of Daytona Beach, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 5080, to Linda Hock, of Ormond Beach, for $134,000. Built in 1976, the condo is a 2/2 and has 932 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Robert and Kimberly Livingston, of Ormond Beach, sold 103 Shadowcreek Way to Stephen and Sara Keen, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 6/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,786 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Edward and Joan Benedict sold 1455 Pecos Drive to David and Karen Weiss, of Glen Gardner, New Jersey, for $500,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,161 square feet.

Jimmy and Angeline Stroud sold 3100 Connemara Drive to Mary and Michael Hollenback, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $285,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Diane Kukta, of Chester, Connecticut, sold 33 Hunt Master Court to James and Cornelia Medcalf, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,169 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Bryan and Bridget Bergens, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Old Canyon Lane to Kulwant Atwal, of Ormond Beach, for $1,293,190. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 4,698 square feet.

Plantation Bay

George and Barbara Kattula, of Ormond Beach, sold 801 Arbor Glen Court to Charles and Wendy Everett, of Ormond Beach, for $679,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,569 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $562,000.

David and Jacalyn Bendorf, of Ormond Beach, sold 1272 Harwick Lane to Ernest Evans, as trustee, for $502,550. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,895 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $259,000.

Frank and Melinda Petrek sold 1234 Crown Pointe Lane to James and Ann Murphy, of Ocean City, New Jersey, for $439,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $205,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Michael and Mary Hedrick sold 69 N. St. Andrews Drive to Tracy Selig, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,020 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $179,900.

Trails North 40

Jennie Vandiver, individually and as trustee, sold 144 Deer Lake Circle to Charlotte and Jimmy Hogan, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,229 square feet.

Tymber Creek

Egeneto Investments LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 231 Coventry Court to Jordan Wheeler and Rachel Kohler, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,849 square feet. It sold in June for $212,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Jamie and Jorge Lucena, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 San Jose Circle to Christopher and Susan Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,346 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $230,000.

Regina Crockett, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Raymonde Circle to Carey Herbert, of Phoenix, for $295,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 882 square feet.

Orchid Terrace Apartments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Palmetto Drive to Ryan and Anette Lyons-Evans, of Boca Raton, for $280,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/2 and has 900 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $58,700.

Stanley and Laurie Lacienski sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 170, to Joseph Parage and Lailah Riboul, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, for $275,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $215,000.
