A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 3-9 in the Multiple Listing Service. Chet and Amy Anthony, of Ormond Beach, sold 33 Tomoka Ridge Way to Alexander and Alice Kusich, of Antioch, Tennessee, for $637,500. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 3,232 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $554,200. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Heidi Rotondo, of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, sold 737 Riverside Drive to Ervin and Lea Sokk, of Highland Lakes, New Jersey, for $355,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,362 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $312,000.
Gerald and Peggy Bertaina sold 11 Carrington Lane to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $338,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,590 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $325,000.
KB Home Jacksonville LLC sold 14 Bella Vita Way to Jing Huang, of Ormond Beach, for $195,990. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,687 square feet.
Nicole See sold 679 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 40, to Robert Barkley, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1988, the condo is a 1/1 and has 725 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $77,000.

Jeremy and Melissa Armstrong, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Black Pine Way to Lyndon and Kamie DeYoung, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,205 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $338,400.
Fiesta Heights
Robert and Roberta Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 Pinion Circle to Joanne Garnett, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,343 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $163,500.
Halifax Plantation
George Murdock, of Ormond Beach, sold 3417 Rexford Circle to Shawn Madden, of Ormond Beach, for $429,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,353 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $265,000.
Tammy Lesage, of Theodore, Alabama, sold 1176 Athlone Way to Michael Durand, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,957 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $181,700.

Brian and Bonnie Williams sold 3026 Anchor Drive to Ricky and Michele Fritz, of Ormond Beach, for $399,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,628 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $212,000.
Samuel and Sherry Moody, of Ringgold, Georgia, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 607, to Brian and Sally Barr, of St. Johns, for $315,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $275,000.
