A house on five acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 10-16 in the Multiple Listing Service. William and Jody Roberts, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Appaloosa Lane to Tung Nguyen, of Ormond Beach, for $555,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, barn, separate apartment and 2,265 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Michael and Susan Buonvino, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 Country Club Drive to David and Susan Henderson, of Ormond Beach, for $490,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,957 square feet.

Robert Hietala, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Sea Gull Drive to Jeffrey and Angela Beggs, of Acworth, Georgia, for $363,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,512 square feet.

Jeffrey Fuller sold 35 Dresden Circle to Megan Meneough, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $245,000.

R&S Enterprises of Volusia Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Plaza Drive to Karen Walsh, of Ormond Beach, for $303,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,193 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 314 Sandoval Drive to Glennon and Patricia Hendrix, of Ormond Beach, for $278,275. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,101 square feet.

Rosito and Christine Yu, of Federal Way, Washington, sold 20 Brookwood Drive to Jason and Ashley Lowe, of Daytona Beach, for $228,500. Built in 1970, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,326 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $202,000.

Hi-Land Properties LLC, of West Palm Beach, sold 8 Aston Circle to Goodwin Properties LLC, of Fremont, California, for $190,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,599 square feet.

Patricia and Robert Scuteri, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Lorillard Place to Richard Pence, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1950, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,052 square feet.

Max and Jo Ann Edington, of Paradise, Montana, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 240, to Bojan Lazarevic, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $150,000.

Shoreline Residential Partners Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 1323 Avenue D to Carlos De Hoyos, of Ormond Beach, for $92,250. Built in 1984, the manufactured home is a 3/2 and has 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $70,400.

Sara Wooten, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Black Hickory Way to Craig Walther, of Ormond Beach, for $358,500. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,063 square feet.

Lee and Dana Katsikos, of Flagler Beach, sold 151 Black Hickory Way to Lucy Barker, of Ormond Beach, for $352,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,064 square feet.

James and Ann Rowley, of Cary, North Carolina, sold 19 Hunt Master Court to Sarah and Craig Muchow, of Ormond Beach, for $364,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,156 square feet.

Robert and Connie Smith, of Appleton, Wisconsin, sold 1166 Kilkenny Lane to Michelle Lamb, of Ormond Beach, for $299,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,798 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $164,800.

Bradly and Sara Kinney, of Ormond Beach, sold 304 River Bluff Drive to Denise Silverman, as trustee, for $360,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2.5 and has fireplace and 2,797 square feet.

James and Laquitta Sobieski sold 113 Pelican Dunes Drive to Bob Bertelson, of Ormond Beach, for $440,800. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $350,000.

Brenda Staton, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Little Cay Circle to Michael Karen, of Silver Spring, Maryland, for $386,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,143 square feet.

Tommy and Lynda Belanger sold 1183 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 502, to Sandra and Jeff Davis, of Brighton, Michigan, for $382,000. Built in 1995, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,198 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $300,000.

Clay Robinson and Amanda Roeschke, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Rivocean Drive to Julia Seraphin, of Port Orange, for $370,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,287 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $345,000.
