A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 14-20 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Peter and Adel Acs, of Gainesville, sold 501 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Brian and Kelley Sorrow, of Tyrone, Georgia, for $1,160,100. Built in 2012, the house is a 6/5.5 and has a swimming pool, elevator and 3,858 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $850,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Louis Strazzante, of Darien, Illinois, sold 11 Mid Pines Circle, Unit 11, to Philip and Beryl Lima, of Belgrade, Maine, for $157,900. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,163 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $94,900.
