Lennart and Roberta Lindegren, individually and as trustees, sold 41 Calle Del Sur to Gary and Nicole Nemmers, of Palm Coast, for $2,775,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 4,862 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Alphonse and Leonarda Lustrino, of Mount Kisco, New York, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1233, to John Stewart and Jaquelyn Mong-Stewart, of Canfield, Ohio, for $295,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,160 square feet.
Amy Wolfe, of Jacksonville, sold 25 Riverview Bend N., Unit 116, to Karen Kirby and Anthony Pavone, of Flagler Beach, for $203,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,159 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $140,000.

William Foley Sr. and Tanya Thomas, of Jacksonville, sold 14 San Jose Drive to William Myers, of Palm Coast, for $282,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 2/3 and has 1,432 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $250,000.

Robert Bennett, of Palm Coast, sold 75 Raintree Place to Odnel Meus and Marie Saint-Fleury, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $145,000.
