Pool home tops the list at $530,000

A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 20-26 in the Multiple Listing Service. Dalia Fulop, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Little Tomoka Way to Alan Schumacher, as trustee, for $530,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,955 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $611,900. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Debra and Paul Martinson, of Daytona Beach, sold 300 Sylvan Drive to Joshua and Stephanie Lodde, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,699 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $367,600.

John and Cena Piper, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Oak Ave. to Charles and Lisa Lewellen, of Ormond Beach, for $299,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,005 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $75,000.

Barbara Neely, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 303, to Cyril Snow, of Lockport, Illinois, for $290,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,131 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $255,000.

James and Larissa Villante, of San Bruno, California, sold 125 Fairway Drive to John and Sharon Renner, of Ormond Beach, for $281,500. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,585 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $274,000.

Beau & Lily Holdings LLC, of Delray Beach, sold 15 Wilmette Ave. to Patrick James, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,392 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $117,500.

Irene Baldwin, individually and as trustee, and Kevin Baldwin sold 179 Arborvue Trail to Christopher Gibb, of Ormond Beach, for $259,900. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $190,000.

Adriana Harley, as representative, sold 14 Sandpoint Circle to Ronnie and Kathleen Climer, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,809 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $165,000.

Jeffrey Stoppelbein and Sara Mousikos, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Park Ridge Way to Anne Riveira and Brent Lanlois, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,569 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.

Richard Pence, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Oak Brook Drive to Linda Leete, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,454 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $88,500.

Daniel Weeks sold 6 Wildwood Trail to Lynn Hollis, of Ormond Beach, for $178,000. Built in 1982, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,170 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $176,000.

Christopher Snyder sold 1801 Carolina Ave. to Elijah and Amanda Keen, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 2/1 and has 996 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $155,500.

Gregory and Heather Recker, of Port Orange, sold 62 Circle Creek Way to Sandra Fink, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,082 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $246,000.

Oris Fulks, of St. Marys, Georgia, sold 7 Bent Stream Way to James Culbertson, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,024 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $320,000.

Halifax Plantation

David Pellett, of Kissimmee, sold 3220 Galty Circle to Michael Coroneos, of Ormond Beach, for $287,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,088 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $173,695.

The Trails

Monica and Andrew Cortes, of Saugus, Massachusetts, sold 332 Timberline Trail to Donna Clawson, of Ormond Beach, for $198,500. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,724 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $185,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Ojash and Chaula Jariwala, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Eagle Court to Mark Perry and Victoria Tran, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,563 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $174,900.

Christopher and Tori Carta, of Acworth, Georgia, sold 7 Eagle Drive to Jessica Vitale and Nicholas Giordano, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,178 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $215,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Shirah Building and Development Inc. sold 19 Briggs Drive to Barry and Lisa White, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,412 square feet.

Richard De Alto, individually and as representative, sold 26 Palm Drive to Lisa Passi, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/1 and has 700 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $45,500.
