Top transaction in Ormond Beach: $1.5 million

A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 2-8 in the Multiple Listing Service. Luis and Nicole Rodriguez, of Chuluota, sold 1704 John Anderson Drive to Carl Campbell, as trustee, for $1.5 million. Built in 2001, the house is a 5/4.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,905 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $1,075,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Benjamin and Jessica Maser, of Ormond Beach, sold 136 Heritage Circle to Justin Mangano, of Ormond Beach, for $640,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, 2,279 square feet and a guest house.

Carl and Judy Butz, of Crescent City, sold 360 N. Halifax Drive to Marta Savage and Linda Savage, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 2,700 square feet.

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, sold 530 Sandy Oaks Blvd. to Jane Clegg, of Ormond Beach, for $426,110. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,058 square feet.

Lisa Ellis, of Daytona Beach, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2010, to Phillip and Mary Fox, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $222,000.

Christopher and Jennifer Meyer sold 19 Park Terrace to Armstrong Family Properties One LLC, of Sanford, for $235,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,429 square feet.

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, sold 345 Collins St. to Gregory Gion, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 999 square feet.

Peter and Carol Russo, of Red Hook, New York, sold 681 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 4, to Richard and Janice Giverson, of Ormond Beach, for $150,500. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,000 square feet.

Yvonne and Alexander Sinnott, of State College, Pennsylvania, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 2130, to Margery Kostman, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1976, the condo is a 1/1 and has 748 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $80,000.

Jason and Kristi Harmon, of Birmingham, Alabama, sold 38 Canterbury Woods to Wesley Fladland, of Ormond Beach, for $452,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,80 square feet.

Oak Forest

Douglas and Deborah Gutierrez, of Daytona Beach, sold 37 Sycamore Circle to Vadim Abuzov, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,014 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Carlos and Ilya Santos, of Lockhart, Texas, sold 12 Lakecliff Drive to Michael and Jana Metzger, of Helper, Utah, for $410,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 3,718 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Peggy Wilson, individually and as trustee, sold 710 Dolphin Head Lane to Robert Bower, of Ormond Beach, for $515,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,399 square feet.

Joyce and William Maclean, of Leesburg, sold 757 Aldenham Lane to Richard and Kristina Augustus, of Ormond Beach, for $316,990. Built in 2017, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $241,100.

Deirdre Siebenaler, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 River Ridge Trail to Joseph Pless, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,268 square feet.

Linda and William Mobley, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, sold 107 Horseshoe Trail to Susan and Ronald Goldberg, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,411 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $115,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Elizabeth Swaringen, individually and as trustee, sold 2800 John Anderson Drive to David Remey, as trustee, for $801,500. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,612 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $610,000.

Angelina Masini, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 140 Via Madrid Drive to Noel and Kenneth Bethea, of Ormond Beach, for $520,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace and 2,255 square feet.

Shawna Richardson, of Ormond Beach, sold 151 Longwood Drive to Jacquelyn Turvey, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 1,687 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $400,000.

G. Shirley Delaney, individually and as trustee, sold 8 Sea Raven Terrace to John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $399,900. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,535 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $235,000.

Anthony Hernandez sold 137 Laurie Drive to Matthew Quinn, of Milledgeville, Georgia, for $304,900. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has 904 square feet. It sold in February for $216,500.

James and Debra Rock, of Daytona Beach, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2060, to Joseph and Maryann Rizzo, of Brooklyn, New York, for $286,400. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $224,500.

Alfred and Jill Fox sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5110, to Michael and Linda Jordan, of Ocoee, for $285,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $178,000.

Nancy McCaffrey and Stephen Tillman, of Waynesville, North Carolina, sold 1 Raymonde Circle to Thomas and Anne Schlecht, of Clarkston, Michigan, for $280,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,290 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $169,000.

Valerie Peckham and Greg Moffat, of Daytona Beach, sold 23 Rivocean Drive to Keith and Kathy Weissman, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,043 square feet.
