Salvatore and Jacqueline Butera, of Rio Verde, Arizona, sold 8 La Costa Way to Lourdes Planas, of Palm Coast, for $959,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,726 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $540,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
