MPower Fitness Fatima Sena and Justin Vanadore and their team of fitness instructors and personal trainers opened a new indoor cycling studio on Aug. 1.

The studio at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, D213, offers the Core balance RealRyder indoor cycling experience and Spivi, an interactive, virtual 3D visual experience with metric tracking and some in-studio riding competitions.

“We have a goal of being inclusive at our gym," Fatima Sena, owner of MPower Fitness said. "All body shapes and fitness levels are welcome and we have structured our classes accordingly. We love our gym and the community we serve.”

The 24-hour gym has a kids corner, private shower rooms, lockers and over 200 group fitness classes per month.

MPower Fitness offers more than 13,000 square feet of gym space, including three group fitness class studios and the new cycling studio, according to a news release.
