Local attorney selected to Florida Super Lawyers List for eighth time

Erum Kistemaker has had an active role in new and changing legislation regarding Florida condo law.

Erum Kistemaker has been selected for the Florida Super Lawyers list for her eighth time, after two years as a “Rising Star."

In addition to being the firm’s managing attorney and shareholder, the condo, HOA, real estate and business law attorney has had an active role in Florida's condo legislation.

“It is always an incredible honor to be recognized," Kistemaker said. "I am tremendously proud to receive this designation again — it means so much because it is based on peer nominations as well as research."

Attorney Kistemaker serves within the Real Property Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar and has served on the Condominium and Planned Development Committee, as well as the Senate Bill 4D Substantive and Education Task Forces.
