Ormond real estate agent to serve as district vice president of Florida Realtors

Alisa Rogers, broker associate with NextHome New Beginnings in Ormond Beach, will be installed in January as District 2 vice president of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest professional trade association. She will serve her fellow professionals in District 2, which encompasses Flagler, Volusia and Brevard counties.

“We expect continuing demand for homes throughout our district,” said Rogers, who is active in residential brokerage. “There will be excellent opportunities for buyers, sellers and investors to fulfill their dreams in 2024.”

Rogers is a member of Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, serving as president in 2021. She has been a director of the state association, and active in the National Association of Realtors. In the community, she serves as treasurer and finance committee chair for the Ormond Beach Historical Society.

“I really enjoy helping to preserve and educate our community about our beautiful history as ‘the birthplace of speed,” she said.

As district vice president for the state association, Rogers will focus on supporting real estate agents through education, advocacy and service programs.
